From the start of the booking the lady who i spoke with was anything absolute pleasure to deal with ,we booked a trip and we got our confirmation immediately.

Pick up was efficient especially from mansfield , costs were reasonable , overall holiday was a success.

I was unable to book online, for some reason the holiday didn't exist!! However I rang the company and booked it with the assistant. All very straightforward and easy.

Single person contact. Making me feel that she was looking after my interests.

Picked up at 06-30 and arrived in Scarborough at 13-30 even though travelling only 140 miles. Coming back checked out of hotel at 10-00 even though coach back at 15-00. Came back on train.

Didn't have to wait too long on the telephone. Very helpful when booking trip. We have been on numerous coach trips with yourselves and always enjoyed the experience.

The driver for the coach wasn't that nice didn't speak to anymore during the whole trip.

Unable to use toilet while travelling only in emergencies which is unacceptable specially when most of the passengers where over 60 and have medical problems including me. (I'm over 30)

The toilets in the hotel lounge didn't work had no ruining water so couldn't wash hands also locks broken on doors.

The breakfast was horrible and barley cooked and warm.

The dinner was horrible couldn't eat any of it and the stuff I could was cold also did have any hot or cold drinks available had to go to bar if wanted a drink which was expensive also didn't have much availability of soft drinks to choose from.

Only good thing was the room was nice and clean but had no windows that we could open.

The Guy I spoke to was so helpfull when I booked my holiday wish there were more like him made me feel at ease thankyou

Your web site is difficult to use, sluggish response and missing tabs when try to complete booking.
I had to book by telephone which was a much better experience the person who took my booking was excellent efficient and very knowledgeable.

Emily who dealt with my booking was very polite and courteous. The booking was dealt with smoothingly.

Holiday started with an 90 minute delay. Pickup 8.5, actual 9.35. No communication or apologies from either of the 2 drivers on boardthe coach Reached destination and more distress. As we were offloading and attempting to get inside the hotel, we were blocked by the previous holiday makers desperately rushing from the hotel to get their luggage onto the same coach we were vacating. Again no communication or interest from either drivers from our coach. Very unorganised and a difficult start for everyone hoping to enjoy their break. Hope things improve quickly, as breakfast was same, each time a cooked breakfast was served, it was just warm at best. Evening meals fared better. Hotel was OK, Tired rooms, would pay more for improved hotel and couldn't fault serving staff or cleaners doing their best in limited conditions. Have enjoyed better holidays on previous trips but understand budgets are tight, but could do better with own coah staff on this holiday, making everyone journey 2 hours longer to get to hotel. Disappointed 😞

This will be my first holiday with National. My booking was dealt with very efficiently by Emily who answered my questions in a professional but friendly manner.
