i placed my order in july after speaking to Steve, who was very helpful. since then things have changed, i know they were having staffing issues, it is nearly 4 months and i haven't received my item, i have e mailed and left messages on the answer machine, no one has got back to me, 10 days ago i had a E mail from DHL to say the had notification of my order, still no order, so i don't if they have picked it up and lost it or my order is not ready. just to be kept up dated would be very helpful if there is a problem. it is a shame because i have ordered from them before and the service and the quality of the work is excellent

I ordered 4 of the wooden bookmarks. I'm so happy with them, they are absolutely beautiful. A perfect Christmas present for my mum, dad and two of my closest friends.

I ordered a Doorstop as a present. Unfortunately the timber was out of stock - I didn't know this at the time of ordering and I probably wouldn't have placed the order as I wanted it quickly. However, once I chased the order it was put on high priority and arrived very quickly, so thank you. The recipient of the present was delighted. The product was good quality and the service was great once the problem had been addressed

Beautiful doorstop, great craftsmanship. It took a lot longer to arrive than advertised. Had a quick response to both emails I sent and an honest explanation as to the delay. Extend your delivery times and that will manage expectations of arrival. It is such a great product. Well packaged as well.

Beautifully made, fits perfectly. Had a door destroyed by the wind as door stop failed, problem now solved

I don't like being sensationalist for the sake of it: but my recent experience shopping here has been the best customer service experience I've received of any time I've shopped. I ordered an engraved bookmark, which was lovely and top quality. But I was more blown away by the level of care and service. I had to make a last minute order for a friend leaving the country. Dom was super helpful, super responsive and so flexible with everything that we needed. Still can't believe we managed to get everything sorted in a few hours for the delivery to come the next day.
