Scam website. Pay for express shipping and it takes weeks to months just for them to ship it. Rude customer service

TERRIBLE! Do NOT buy from this website
Received my items and then weeks later received a letter in the Mail from DHL to pay a £80 import duty / tax charges.
Awful scamming website needs shutting down.

Horrific customer service, inflated wait times, and more than $30 in shipping fees, DHL import taxes, and “service charges”. I was trying to buy a t-shirt for God’s sake. Even trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth- I’m almost certain I won’t get refunded at this point. It seems like this entire company is a scam.

Probably one of the worst shopping experiences ever, first of all the website is an absolute mess. 0 information about the actual product or size. Shipping takes forever and when you email them you get the nastiest most passive aggressive answer there is, completely disrespectful and rude. We’re paying a lot of money for these pieces and they treat us like we’re nothing. This company is absolutely insane do not buy here

Okay. I've liked their clothes FOREVER but bad reviews totally put me off. I'm an impatient woman and it seemed unreliable to order from, but after checking their website I saw so much cute shit and splurged and took a risk. I spent about £233 and I'm not mad at it. I worried the entire time after. I'll be real with you, shipping does take a bit longer than you'd expect. You should expect to wait. I ordered on July 31st and I received it today. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait. I don't know what other people are talking about when they say it's SHEIN quality and drop shipped and 'you can get the same on ali express.' You absolutely can't. The quality of the yoga pants I ordered was gorgeous and the two tops I bought were stunning. I've found the most perfect top, probably the nicest top I've ever owned, and I'm drafting my next order now. Worth the wait, just suck it up and be patient. When it comes you won't regret it.

i was charged for 2x of what i bought and the receipt said 2 so i just decided i would give the other to my friend, when the package arrived there was only 1. I emailed to explain the situation asking to be shipped the missing one or refunded for it and the customer service immediately falsely accused me of being dishonest and trying to steal. After a back and forth they finally actually checked and realised it was their mistake and refunded it but refused to apologise for the way they accused me and wrote to me whilst i was not being rude at all. They tried to scam me and falsely accused me of being a thief at the same time.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my order and it still hasn’t been shipped.

I wish I thought to check trust pilot before ordering. They’re clothes are so cute but the expectation that you’ll get what you ordered OR get helpful customer service is a fallacy. I ordered 4 items and it’s been almost 6 weeks and it hasn’t arrived. I reached out after 4 weeks over email and customer service was so rude. They did disclose ahead of time that it takes some time to process orders but they said it shouldn’t take longer than 4 weeks. After I reached out at the 5 week mark, they said it’ll be another 2 weeks…. I’m still waiting but I might just cancel especially because it was a holiday gift. This site is a joke and the people or ai bots running it don’t give a **** about customers as soon as they get ur cash. I wish I had a better review to share. If ur looking for fun and cheeky gifts I highly recommend cherry kitten lol quality is actually very good, ships on time, and the customer service is helpful.

OMighty is a complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You need to pay an additional, outrageous shipping fee ON TOP of the original shipping fee that's paid for when completing the purchase. I would've spent $65 on what was supposed to be a $45 top (shirt), that's ~45%! Mind you, U.S. tarrifs on singapore are only around 10%. They are also rude over customer support and if you decide to purchase from their website and ignore this review, then use your credit card or Paypal.

I have bought from o-mighty a lot in the past from 2013-2021 and I saw they had some new items on sale that I liked the look of. I placed my order and half an hour later I got an email saying they were shipping my item, the DHL email I got said it was scheduled to be with them by the 4th of December but it is now the 11th and there has been no update. Not impressed.

Edit: I made a PP claim and then they suddenly shipped the order. The dress that I got is fine I just sized up by 3x bc from past experience their sizes are either super small or way too big. The tote bag and stickers were also cute.

Don’t buy from here. Terrible cheap quality clothing at a way overpriced cost. 68 for a terrible top including $14 shipping . it’s a joke.The print i got looks completely different from the picture.

Who is answering emails for this company? They are absolutely unprofessional and disgustingly rude. I had a missing item and was told, no you don’t have a missing item and case is closed. Absurd customer service to someone who has made multiple orders from your company, this will absolutely be my last

I waited four months for an item that never came in, but they had no problem sending that same style of t-shirt to influencers. At least they gave me a refund.

A lot of the ratings here are poor, but I’ve shopped with Omighty twice now and the service was amazing. Items arrived within the set timeframe and as described. I think the pieces are worth the prices and the site often has sales so…

Overpriced, never shipped, insisted every time I reached out over the course of weeks that it was still six weeks away from shipping. I finally got a refund by going through my credit card company. Highly suspicious company.

Item wasn’t sent within given timeframe. Contacted them and got told it would be a ‘2-3 week’ delay, did this 3 times and got the 2-3 week quote each time (after waiting that period).

They ignored a few of my emails and gave passive aggressive responses to a few others. Really disappointed and 3 months later I’m still being told it’s in the pipeline.

I would recommend avoiding these rude scammers.

Ho aspettato 2 mesi per la consegna che poi è risultata fallimentare in quanto effettivamente non ho ricevuto nessun pacco anche se il brand diceva che fosse bloccato in dogana, il codice per localizzarlo dava sempre errato, ho fatto parecchie volte reclamo al brand ma nessuno ha mai risposto.

I ordered a skirt from them, and when it arrived it had a sizable hole in it. I immediately sent customer service an email, and their reply was that if I wanted it fixed I should take it to a local tailor, totally ignoring my request for a refund or a new skirt. Horrible customer service, they have completely ghosted me since that one response telling me to get it fixed by myself, even though I've tried reaching out multiple times since.
TLDR: Sends broken products, ignores you when you try asking them about it, unfortunately would not recommend.

Omg do not shop here. Unless you wanna pay $10 shipping just to still wait an eternity for your order. They do not mark items out of stock so if u order something chances are its actually out of stock and you will be waiting months for your overpriced cheap quality clothes, without any communication on there end. Half of there clothes are on aliexpress youll be better of buying them there.Seriously shtty scammy brand DO NOT SHOP HERE
