J’étais retissante a l’idée d’acheter sur ce site au vu des innombrables avis négatifs mais trouvant les vêtements très jolis et originaux je me suis quand même lancée. J’ai reçu le colis en moins de 1 semaine! J’avais pas mal d’aprioris sur cette marque pensant qu’il s’agirait d’une marque de fast fashion comme les autres qui fait des prix excessivement élevés pour pas grand chose et une qualité minime. Cependant j’ai été très étonnée par la qualité du tissu qui était plus qu’au rendez vous; tissu épais, très agréable à porter, extensible, couleur conforme. De plus, les petits cadeaux sont super cutes et pas tous les sites propose de petites surprises comme ici. Le seul bémol sont les frais de douanes qui avoisine les 35 euros! Du coup, satisfaite, j’ai recommandé une nouvelle fois sur le site.

i LOVE omighty omg i ordered 4 items from them last friday (4/14) and they were just delivered today (4/17)!! im so surprised cause i didnt pay for the faster shipping option AND all my items were in the package like...... im so happy

so right after i had placed my order for 3 tops from omighty, i checked this website's reviews and bruh all the negative reviews had me SO nervous BUTTT i didn't pay for the faster shipping option and i still got my order (with all 3 shirts) within a week! so i had a really great experience :)

So, a lot of the reviews online made me feel anxious about the shipping/delivery time of my package. I reached out to customer service after about 3 days of my tracking not updating. They shipped it the next day after that. Overall, my package took 5 days to arrive from the time I ordered it. I got express shipping and reached out to customer service so that may have been why. Regardless, I’m very impressed in how fast it arrived. AND the clothes are made out of high quality (soft, thick) fabric. The fit on each clothing is beautiful and snatches my waist! I’ve never ordered from here before and was expecting the worse so I was pleasantly surprised. My advice is to just spend the extra $10-15 for the faster shipping if shipping time is a big worry for you. Nobody wants to wait 3 months for their clothes to arrive :)

Literally the worst place I’ve eve ordered from. I thought this company was reliable because I see so much of their merchandise on influencers and on their Instagram page. But oh boy was I wrong. I ordered three things back in November when a 40% sale was going on. I just received this order in February. Not only did I have to email them like 100 times to ask about the progress of my order but it was always another extended 3-4 weeks after they originally stated. I also finally received this order (that I thought I was never going to see) and an item was missing that was supposed to be in a set. Literally I’m livid. I guess I will never be getting that item/ getting my money back. So if you think you should order something from here. You answer is no. And it’s so overpriced for the material and quality it is. Literally never again.

they are scammers. I swear they only actually ship to influencers to keep up their reputation. They sent me a fake tracking number, don’t respond to customer service, and I haven’t gotten my package and it’s been more than 2 months and I spent 100 dollars . Don’t fall for this scam, even though they have cute ass clothes don’t do it.

WOULDN’T BUY FROM THERE, made an order on the 25th December, got a tracking number the next day, didn’t work never worked!! Paid $104USD which converted to £90.77 UK
Then it had been 3 weeks so emailed them multiple times they just sent me the same thing over and over say ETA 3-4 weeks it had been over 4 weeks and hadn’t had anything! A month passed and still nothing so I message them asking if there was any updates, I was ignored! It then just got ridiculous so u asked for a refund finally got one over a month later!! But I only got £84.35 back because paypal conversion rate had change so lost £7 for absolutely nothing! Waste of time and money! Wouldn’t bother!!! Their too busy sending out PR packages to influencers than paying costumers!!!!

Bought an expensive shirt that never arrived. Package got lost and they never contacted me back or helped.

garbage site, idek how people are getting responses from customer service bc i just get the same bot email over and over again. if they were Ever any good those days are long over. Keep lying about having shipped my shirt and it's just processing at dhl. yeah right. for a month? eff off

also some of these reviews are saying go to aliexpress but theyre Also super cheap and have a penchant for scams. dont do that lol.

So, i ordered from them mid november and expected it in the next two weeks but a month went by and the tracking number still wasn’t working and i got no package, at which point i was going home for christmas. i was reading reviews on here and was scared i was scammed but, finally got word that my package would be sent out and the tracking number started working, i was able to change the delivery address easily and recieved the package not too long after, got what i ordered so slay.

Take back that 1 star. Worst customer service ever. They said I ordered wrong size. (I don’t think so) That’s all I was told. No options to return and get size I wanted. Even though this was a requested gift I am not going to waste my time or money. Don’t buy from this company. Awful!!! I would have been happy to pay additional fees. I’m throwing that damn shirt in the trash!

I had the best experience with O Mighty!
First of, after reading some reviews saying how stretchy their shirts are, I decided I want to size down after already making my order. I was quick to contact customer service to request a change in size. They responded ASAP saying that was no problem at all! My order then shipped the same day and arrived three days later, so shipping to Germany was super fast!
Like many reviews here already stated, their clothes are kinda expensive but now after seeing the quality in person, I can totally understand why! No other shirt of mine feels this soft and smooth and fits like a glove! I'll definitely order again soon!

ordered in october and still have no updates on my order

They tell you in your email order confirmation it probably won't leave their warehouse for shipping for 3 weeks. They were literally daring me in emails to cancel the order if I didn't like it so I did.

They gave me a fake tracking number that doesn't work, I called dhl and they also said it was an invalid tracking number. I ordered from them before and I got my order so I'm confused. I guess they pick and choose who they wanna scam.

The worst company ever. When I tried to get information about my order, the customer service was rude, condescending and sarcastic. Very bad communication. Also the prices are too expensive - even just for a t shirt?? Save your time and your money and don’t shop here.

Awful. Ordered clothes months ago and was sent a shipping confirmation within the first week. Brilliant right? Wrong. The tracking number hasn’t worked once during this time and the fact it’s taking so long only makes me believe I was given a fake one. On top of this, they delete every negative comment posted about them under their posts rather than addressing the problem. If you actually sent people the clothes they spent a lot of money on they wouldn’t need to post comments about the fact they haven’t received them for months. So unprofessional.

i sent them an email 2 minutes after i ordered because i realized i'd messed up the first line of my address. they replied exactly 2 minutes later saying they fixed it for me, and it shipped less than half an hr after that. my package arrived 3 days later (i paid for dhl shipping). and yes, i checked all the timestamps. :) i'm super pleased! the shirts are super cute and despite all the reviews online, i didn't size up and everything fit perfectly. <3 hopefully i can add more o-mighty to my closet in the future!

I think the designs from omighty are so clever and funny and I love everything they puts out but the customer service is so bad. My first and second order with them both took ages to arrive (and one had a super weird tracking) even though I paid for express both times. I reached so many multiple times with no response but eventually my items came and everything was in there thankfully, though I wonder though how long standard shipping would actually take if express is so slow already… I know omighty is all about the not giving a f attitude but it seems like that’s carried over to their management and customer service too. Very hard to continue to support even though I love their items. Everything is great quality and so me just a pity they don’t seem to care about their customers.
