Ordered everything i needed to start up a tropical aquarium! Unfortunately the tank arrived shattered, but pro shrimp was excellent and sent a new one in less than 24h! Really lovely store <3

First time getting shrimp so I wanted to make sure I did everything right, pro shrimp have great descriptions on their items, everything is as described and at an extremely great price, managed to get my entire set up off their website
Shipping was extremely fast and everything was packed with alot of care, plants and moss arrived healthy
Can't recommend enough if you're looking for anything for your aquarium, will be ordering for all my shrimps needs!

The 'shrimp safe' plants killed 75% of my shrimp between 2 tanks on opposite sides of the house, no other changes. I'd rinsed and soaked for an hour which is beyond pro-shrimps recommendation on their website. I'm pretty experienced and knowledgeable with shrimp and planted tanks, I've never had anything like this happen. I've bought from this company 3 times before this but never again. £6 refund for 7 plants that have gone in the bin and over 50 dead shrimp. I try to support small businesses but this was a mistake. If you choose to buy from here please quarantine properly. Tried to contact customer service twice and got fobbed off. I cannot find a way to leave a review on the website or via emails from them.

I have bought several items from Pro Shrimp and now consider them to be my first choice for aquarium supplies. I have ordered a good number of in vitro plants, and along with fast delivery I've received vibrant, healthy plants. There was only one occasion where one of the plants came looking almost black - I planted it . . . and there are some shoots of green. So, all in all, a good source for plants and other supplies.

Excellent company. I have bought from pro-shrimp more than dozen times and they always deliver a speedy and professional service.
On one occasion the ordered item was not working. Customer support replied really fast and replaced it for me quickly.

I have bought a few items from Pro-Shrimp before with no issues. I have always found them efficient when processing the order and linked with prompt shipping makes an excellent package. My wife recently purchased for me a pond aeration pump and found a problem when setting up. I then emailed them and they just promptly sent out a replacement part solving the issue which again showed their commitment to excellent & efficient customer service, and, have no reservation in recommending them to anybody.

Tank arrived with a broken side. They replaced. The light didn't work so they replaced it with a new hood and the light. For me, this is first-class service. You never know what can happen to any goods in transit. For me, the culprit in all damages was DHL for not taking care, For the tank to break in such a way it must have taken some bashing. This is not good but that's not down to pro shrimp. For me, I can thank Pro shrimp for its great service and will get my recommendation for sure. Once again thank you for a great service.

Good prices and excellent customer service.

Ordered my first nano tank and was delivered with a scratch on the glass. Luckily I have a full video and pictures of the unboxing to prove that it came like that. Was really sp dissapointed as this is my first tank. Customer service took time to respond.

Bought from pro shrimp a few times and always been really impressed, had an issue with one of the plants I’d bought but they couldn’t be more helpful and It was sorted within hours. Delivery has always been quick too. Would recommend :)

I love pro shrimp.
Ordered from here a few times and any issues have been sorted promptly. I had one smashed up plant, emailed them and received a new plant in the next few days. I had an issue with some snail food and the team recommended one that my snails looove! (snail dinner).
We are only human so mistakes can be made, i rate people on how they fix the issue and their customer service is great.

I was recommended to try Pro Shrimp for plants by a friend after telling him my local fish store didn't have much variety.

I'll be sticking to my local guy in future; the plants I bought from Pro Shrimp are quite damaged and much smaller than expected. One of them is a bulb plant, yet doesn't have a bulb; the moss was healthy but a tiny portion, and the other plant had so many damaged leaves. Not a fan of the amount of mulch and slime that was all over them and the box either.

They cost me twice what I usually pay. Lesson learned. Will stick to non-living supplies from them in the future.

Kim in customer services in particular was amazingly helpful and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently, made me feel very at ease after the issue that was caused (my own doing)

It twice so far I used pro shrimp and I can not fault them. The plants I ordered where so fresh and look good in the tank. Delivery to was so quick. I will use them again

I decided to buy 5 x yellow shrimp from proshrimp this week, and it's safe to say i'm really disappointed.

I usually order my shrimp via ebay, however after receiving diseased shrimp the last time, i decided against it. proshrimp is quite a bit more expensive than ebay, and i foolishly thought it's because they're a more trusted retailer, and that the shrimp they sell would be healthy. i was wrong.

it was only when i put the shrimp in my aquarium today that i realised they were all infected with Scutariella Japonica (shrimp parasite). one of them was also deformed and missing an eye.

because i had already taken them out of the packaging, i know my chances of a refund are next to none, because i suppose i could technically be "lying" about the whole thing. however i think that's unfair, as its very hard to examine shrimp up close through a tightly tied plastic bag.

wish i'd just used ebay.

I can't complain I really love this place for my supplies. The stock and range is HUGE.

I first come across Pro Shrimp to buy some Aqua Soil which arrives pretty fast.

I've been waiting for SuperFish Scaper tanks' for while with them being sold out everywhere. Thought I'd give Pro Shrimp a visit and by chance had them in stock.

Literally arrived in 1-2 working days in excellent condition. I was a bit worried about possible damages with a glass tank arriving by courier but I was very impressed.

I would recommend Pro Shrimp!
