Absolutely brilliant CustomerService from Remington. Airbrush stopped working properly when it was just over a year old. The guarantee from Remington was for 2 yr, and I sent an email to them with the receipt, and by return email I had a reply which said to expect my new replacement in 3 to 5 days. It arrived quickly. Thanks Remington, great service.

Absolutely useless. I’ve been wanting these for a couple of years but couldn’t afford them. They were reduced at Christmas so my Mum & Dad bought them for me. I’ve tried a few times to use them to curl my hair, I’ve tried taking the tiniest pieces of hair on the hottest setting & they do absolutely nothing. I even got my 15 year old to try them, thinking it was maybe just me being stupid. She usually curls her with her normal straighteners & gets lovely curls, she is in agreement with me that they’re useless.
I’m so disappointed, I waited so long to own these & they’re a huge let down.

I bought Remington air3D hairdryer for £80, I need a light hairdryer due to muscle weakness as a result of fibromyalgia. I read reviews and they were mixed, some good, some bad.
This is the worst hairdryer I have ever had, it smells of burning on the 3 heat setting, the 2 heat setting doesn’t really dry my hair and the 1 is useless.
This hairdryer blows your hair all over even on lowest speed setting with concentrator nozzle. My hair took ages to dry and I ended with more muscle pain as it took me longer to get a dryish result with my hair using this hairdryer. I would not recommend this, especially at an 80 price tag.

I brought Remington Quick Cut shaver from an ebay seller and at the start it shaved my head really well but within 2.5 months it had stopped work.

Poor customer service and faulty products
I have purchased several Remington products over the past few years. Recently, I have purchased the same beard trimmer for the past 4 years- the MB4130. After 12-14
months, the same issue continually occurs. The on/ off button does not work.
I have contacted Remington over the past 3 weeks, supplying receipts, details of the fault amongst other issues.
Although I receive an initial reply, I receive no further correspondence from Remington acknowledging the fault.
I will now buy my products from elsewhere as the customer service I have received has been extremely poor.

I ordered two items, received only one and I have chased them and tried to ring them several times with no response for more than a month now.

My shaver broke . I spoke to a helpful guy at their Manchester centre by telephone . I got the number via the UK website .
I wanted to buy a spare part to get it working again , which they were unable to supply . Instead he immediately offered to send a new replacement shaver , which I received yesterday .
So I give 5 stars as the shaver is great for the price paid , and the customer service I received from them this week was excellent .

Do NOT deal with Remington support: their responsiveness is close to zero! And I mean one reply every 2 weeks, if that, which makes it absolutely impossible to manage a complaint. And, I'm sorry, Corona is no excuse with this. This is Bad bad. And I am not the first to say it. Be warned.
The problem is: if you're looking at this site, it's probably too late to warn you.

Who Can You Trust?
As with others here, I ordered and paid for an "in stock" product almost a month ago and have not received it or any response to my communications. I guess trading standards is the only way to proceed, along with an attempt to reclaim the money from the credit card company. It is amazing that large companies still operate in this sub-market trader fashion these days.

Ordered Remington colour cut Clipper no.9035 online over a week ago, received order confirmation & invoice, charged £.5.00 for delivery. Never heard anything after, until this date regarding dispatched etc. Tried calling but answering machine asking to email only. Have sent four emails but no response what so ever. I cannot believe a reputable company is so ignorant with no customer service. Took money off me on placing order but no delivery and no response. Don't bother with this waste of time company, I can't do anything. I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS AND ASK OTHERS TO DO SO. What a waste of time and money I can't even get back because there is no way of contacting Remington good at taking money for product never delivered, also as per other customers reviews and I am one of them. Need to be prosecuted and fined. Crooked business practice by so called reputable company. I want the product I paid for and £.5.00 delivery charge to Remington.

Ordered on the 2nd. It’s now the 13th and I have only received an order accepted email, no shipping info etc. Should not have accepted the order if no stock.

Wish I'd read the negative reviews here before ordering from this company. A week later no sign of any goods, no reply to my email, phones not being answered. Very efficient at taking my payment though - was processed straightaway. Understand the difficult circumstances but if you can't supply the goods then maybe better not to accept the order.
