It works, somewhat slowly, easy clean.

I have arthritis and this allows me to juice a few citrus fruits without pain. Instructions advise not to put hands directly onto black squeezy form but using the clear plastic press doesn't work, you absolutely have to use your hands, no big deal. It works great for one person juicing a few fruits for a glass of juice, so I'm happy . If you need to juice loads of fruit, and/or quickly, you probably need a pro juicer anyway. I like it. Works, easy to clean.

Double disappointment

Double disappointment. The Salter frying pan we purchased wasn't fit for purpose, the metal induction ring came detached after a couple of uses. I reached out to Salter to be told I'd obviously used it on too high a heat. I'm 60 years old, a very experienced cook and can categorically say this was not the case. We only buy quality products, we certainly won't be buying Salter again.

Ordered 3-saucepan set

Ordered 3-saucepan set, £53.99. On delivery I found one lid-handle loose in the box (screw thread was stripped) and the corresponding saucepan bent to an egg shape. Was asked by salter if I'd keep them for a £10 price reduction. After I'd stopped laughing I asked for a replacement. After shipping them back I have now received a full refund ( ? ).

Bought a Frying pan with what i thought…

Bought a Frying pan with what i thought had a 10 year guarantee,but only if you register? After 13 months pan faulty but not under warranty.Ony in the very small print does it mention register.Would expect the warranty to be honoured in such a reasonable time with out using the register to be a escape clause Since writing i have been offered a replacement pan and thank Salter for the excellent way my complaint has been handled
