Seascanners has been great
Seascanners has been great. Been using them for a few years now and find they have fantastic deals. I had to email them as I had forgot to add in my middle name and Laura emailed me back to say it had all been sorted 😄. Brilliant customer service so thank you for sorting it for me.

Erin, I can’t thank you enough for the help you gave me to fix a problem caused by the passport office. Issue resolved promptly
After the website kept glitching during my booking I wasn't able to have a drink package added to my cruise, I immediately contacted Seascanner,who didn't respond to numerous messages and emails, I was losing all hope and was literally going to cancel my cruise forfeiting my deposit . Then I finally on the fourth day was contacted by a wonderful person called Aimee who was absolutely fantastic and sorted out my issue with amazing result. Restored my faith in Seascanner, I do think it should be easier to contact them. It's very difficult to get a response, the chat was always busy and the online form takes a few days for response, but the way they deal with issues is first class !! Thank you Aimee xx

What a bunch of charlatans
What a bunch of charlatans. Mis-sold a cruise and absolutely no rectification.
There’s no phone number on the web site for a reason. All comms need to be via website based email and they immediately say 3-5 workings days. Good luck with that. I only got a response when I escalated to Virgin.
I’m now held hostage going on a cruise that Seascanner has mis-sold as they won’t give me a refund.
Book direct people, this bunch of clowns offer zero value, they’re just creaming off a commission and doing nothing to justify it.
Update: two weeks to cut and paste and absolute nothing response is a perfect example of the service levels you can expect here.

I’ve used Seascanner before and they’ve…
I’ve used Seascanner before and they’ve been great but trying to contact them and get an answer is now impossible. The phone lines are only open mon to fri 9 - 5, the live chat can’t do anything useful and they aren’t answering emails sent more than a week ago. In the meantime I’ve booked two more cruises elsewhere and won’t consider Seascanner again. I just want to cancel an existing booking and it’s proving a nightmare!
