Website is easy to navigate and find the best deal for yourself. It's so impulsive, ended buying up 2 pairs, while i just wanted to try one first.
Got my first polaroid delivered like a breeze and 2nd CK eye wear is on the way.
The Customer care team is worth the mention, very very detailed attention to my queries and resolved them beyond my expectations. My next best to Amex CC team experience.

Glasses are good, delivery veryy slow
Glasses are good, but delivery process was horrendous. I had to pay import duty of 6100 Rupees where was at checkout it said that free shipping. No info regarding extra cost. Also it was very delayed. IF company was clear about time and process it wouldnt have happened

Exceptional customer service and care
I product is same as expected good quality original glasses . It was imported into india, had submit ID and Address proof for customs , my customs duty was promptly refunded by smartbuyglasses. IN0705188222G. I purchased a pair of Tom Ford spectacles on June 25, 2023. I had previously inquired whether the package had been received by Aramex and asked about the expected delivery time. They informed me that the expected delivery time is 4 to 5 days. However, I have recently discovered that Aramex has not yet received the parcel. Today is July 13, 2023, and they still have no information regarding the whereabouts of my parcel. This is a poor service experience.
