A huge shout out to Nicole for being so prompt and polite through the delivery of my Prada glasses! To be honest I was forced to reconsider placing future orders because of delays caused by Aramex but the customer support team specially team specially Nicole was so patient and prompt and most importantly, reassuring that I placed a fresh order for a pair of contacts ! :D I would be ordering a pair of Dolce and Gabbana shortly! :)

This one is for a big thank you to Ellen who handled my complaint right until it got resolved and making sure to be available upright although. My boyfriend has placed an order for me from UK on 11th April and it didn’t get delivered in India until 3rd May and added to the stress of paying additional customs duty and getting it reimbursed from your company.

Ellen assisted all through assuring me that I shall be reimbursed of the customs duty as tmot was as per the contract of the purchase. He proactively emailed to check on the status of delivery as I mentioned the delay and also made sure the reimbursement of the customs duty was promptly done along with a discount of 5% provided for delayed delivery which was way beyond the timeframe promised.

What I liked the most was it was an one off experience where the customer service was to a mark where I was assisted without any related or reasons being given for delay or reimbursement. Immediate actions were taken and until the closure tab was kept. He informed of the reimbursement and also promised to connect again to check if monies were reflecting in our account. That gives more reasons to shop again with you’ll even after a bad experience. A big thank you to Ellen.

Quick import fee refund

The glasses were shipped from Hongkong via Aramex and I had to pay Aramex for customs but that amount was refunded to me by smartbuyglasses. Totally it took me three weeks to get the Glasses in Hand.

The frame and lenses are good. And received them in good condition.
