A costly mistake avoided. James allowed me to accompany him on his visit. This was really useful and made me aware of his depth of knowledge.
Some things I was concerned about were not an issue but other things he was aware of that I would never notice. I really appreciate the time he took to explain a couple of things that needed further investigation.
He uses an extendable pole and a drone to give him full access.
His report was clear.
I have no hesitation in recommending James and hope to use him again.
