James has just done the survey on a house I am buying. It's a really thorough report, clearly structured and easy to read. I had a few questions after reading the report and it was great to talk to him afterwards for further clarification. Highly recommended.

We have recently experienced what detail and depth James goes into to carry out a survey. Not only had he carried out a level 2 survey on the property we are buying but he also did the survey for our buyers on our current house. So much detail and so thorough with photos to demonstrate any findings. On a personal level James was very professional and easy to talk to. He walked us through the whole process what he would be doing. He even found a moment to give our dog some attention to!
