My report was with me within 3 days of the inspection. The report was comprehensive yet easy to read and understand, no technical jargon or fancy phrases. It clearly stated what and had not been inspected. What work needed doing and whether this was immediate, medium term or something to bear in mind for the future. We were very satisfied that he had identified good features of the house and has given us a clear understanding of issues and repairs that require our attention, The cost of the survey was also very competitive compared to other quotes that we received. Our requests were carried out promptly and efficiently.
