On first contacting this company the surveyor was very helpful and explained in detail the difference between a level 2 and 3 survey ( and price difference ) I was advised accordingly for the particular property I was looking to buy I appreciated the honesty ( I had already approached other companies for prices most were similar or above also time scale to get the full report back to me most said 7/10 days max but none gave me the full details and advice I got from this company even though they were all relatively familiar with the area I was buying in as with this company ) I asked if this company could speed up delivering their report as initially was told 5 days ish full marks to this company as got full detailed report in 3 days

I don’t speak legal jargon and I’m not skilled in DYI. Therefore when I look for people who best support me, I look for professionals. I’m really happy to say James provides great service. I was very pleased with the service...It was an in-depth survey of the property,with photographs,which gave a clear indication of work to be done..The only complaint i have is, i would have liked a rough estimate for the cost of remedial work to be done..But,overall i am pleased with the service.
