I dealt with Jennifer De Paola and she was upfront and honest. She walked me through the entire process and what to expect. She explained all the options and answered all (and there were many) questions about the pros and cons about the optional jnsurance coverages. She even contacted me with updates on a policy adjustment before I received it in the mail. She broke down the initial larger payment, due to the time of year my switch was taking over (Jan 5/26) She was able to save me $800 a year between home and car!!
