Terrible customer service and discourteous staff.
Called company and advised £60 hrly rate only to be told later that they charge £90 for first hour.

I advised for them to check back on the call records which they initially agreed they would, only for them to message 2 months later that they were unable to find the call records. How convenient! Then after another 2 months (completely out of the blue) they sent a threatening email for outstanding false invoice to be paid.

Dreadful company with useless engineers. I would advise to avoid at all costs and choose a better company who treat their customers with better care

What a hidden gem of a company Richard and his team are fabulous . Company’s Now days are too quick to rip you off . I can’t thank this company enough They were quick to respond efficient and got my heating up and running in no time . 10 out of 10 service give them a try you won’t regret it . Well done Synergi .

The guys from Synergi did a great job. They turned up on time, covered carpets and cleaned up afterwards. Plus the job looked neat.

Awaiting for a call back since 3/11 to talk to someone about the recent issue with my boiler.

When initially installed in April an engineer checked that all was operational and we were happy that it was, I wish I could still say I was happy with both the product and the service.

The communication with Synergi is poor, with promises to return calls not fulfilled.
Richard is virtually impossible to contact when there is a problem although he was quick enough to visit and sell us the system!

At the moment I am regretting the decision I made back in April to replace the boiler with them. There have been several problems including the latest issue.

After installation we had to have another visit to fix a leaking radiator.
Unfortunately we then had a much larger leak from one of the ancillary pieces attached to the new system which had to be replaced apparently due to a manufacturing defect in it. Fortunately we were only away visiting family for a few days as if it had been longer I think the ceiling would have collapsed!

Fast forward to last month when we had several error codes on the boiler, which was not working at all. That seemed to mystify Synergi and was diagnosed as a possible printed circuit board problem and a Navien engineer was sub contracted to come out and replace the PCB.
He made the decision not to do this and cleared the errors but he felt the pipework to remove the condensed water from the boiler was inadequate and in his opinion would back up and 'trip' the boiler. He would feed that back to Synergi SW

He then left the boiler in the AUTO mode which should “take control” of the boiler and selects the best operating regime based on environmental conditions, external devices connected to the boiler and the performance required. It should constantly decides at which power level to operate based on the environmental conditions and the room temperature.

This sounds fine but that was not what happened when the temperature dropped below the set value.
The engineer who turned up 'resolved' this by putting it into the ON mode with no explanation why the AUTO mode was not operating as we'd expected. I'm not sure is the most efficient mode and I emailed Synergi for their comments on this as I feel the boiler should be working, with our thermostat in the auto mode.

To add insult to injury the invoice I received stated "Upon investigation, found that the Navien engineer had set the boiler to Auto as per standard procedure, however homeowner wanted it on constant"
That is certainly not correct, the engineer barely spoke to me, he certainly didn't give me any options and just changed the system to ON without any consultation. It took him all of 7 minutes and at no point did he explain why the AUTO setting was not working.
I don't know where I go from here.
I certainly object to having to pay for the visit and I have lost all confidence in both the boiler and the company and am still waiting for a phone call from someone, preferably Richard.

People shouldn’t be able to advertise this, and then say they don’t provide a service they say they do it’s a poor effort.

Fantastic service! Our old boiler finally gave up on us and we had our new boiler installed within 48hours! All the engineers were very friendly and efficient. Jay in particular was incredible. He put in extra effort to get the installation done in such a small time window. We were very grateful as we have 2 young children. We would 100% recommended Synergi SW to anyone.

I have used Synergi SW for various repairs in our Cafe, they have always been prompt to attend. The repair jobs have not always been the easiest due to the age of the building but always completed with excellent results. A big thank you to Justin for all his efforts on completing the plumbing installation on the new kitchen and leaving it clean & tidy. A big thank you to Richard and his team.

William was professional, approachable and completed the job extremely efficiently.
He removed his shoes upon entrance to the house and humoured my little people as they bothered him whilst he was working.
Would recommend highly 😊.

Bathroom project completed as expected. Works carried out with experienced tradesmen Joe, Simon and Ollie their apprentice.Everything left clean and tidy.
Special mention to a Joe who went the extra mile.

From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Richard and Ryan visited my house first to assess what was needed. Richard advised me on the different makes of boiler I could have, and explained all the work that would be involved in having my old one. I also got the quote back the same day! My son and I discussed it and decided to accept the offer. We then had Ollie and George doing the installation, they were both very polite and efficient, when they had finished it was so tidy you wouldn’t have believed they had been there. The electrician whose name I’ve forgotten😕 explained how to use the “Hive thermostat” a brilliant idea which is linked to your mobile. All in all I just wish I could give 10 stars. Synergie UK are a 100% professional but caring company that value their customers.

Booked an appointment with the bathroom designer and an engineer to service our pressurised hot water tank. Both turned up at agreed time and the tank was serviced and we discussed our small shower room renovation together with other plumbing work . The designer said he would be in touch within 2 weeks with a quote and that we would be contacted by a plumber in connection with this and the other work. We ended up chasing the office on several occasions and were told they would be in touch asap. The only contact we finally received after more than 4 weeks was an invoice and certificate for the works carried out. No apology for the delay or any sign of the quote.

From the initial visit with Richard and Ryan to the installation with Sam Steve and Ryan I could not fault everyone's professionalism and mannerism . Nothing was too much trouble with care and attention to detail being very thorough and clean and tidy as well as answering my 101 questions was never too much trouble.Every one exceeded our expectations which over the years dealing with other 'professionals' have never been able to endorse...

Work of excellent quality and Joe who fitted out our ensuite was helpful and polite would highly recommend them and would use them again

Within hours of reporting in that we had no hot water in the cold weather, Synergi got an engineer to visit and fix the problem the same day!
The engineer, William, took the time to explain the problem and was pleasant and courteous.
We got a follow up call next day to make sure all still working. What more could you need for good service?

The engineer was very prompt came out very polite and efficient did all the work that I require to be carried out very highly recommended

We first got in contact with Synergi in 2021 to organise changing our heating system at home. We had a large project to manage, with little experience. Richard and Ameana were approachable professional and knowledgeable which put us at ease during what was a stressful time.
I want to highlight how time and finance critical this turned out to be, trying to hit the dates with grants available at the time. Synergi were flexible and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and to schedule.
The heating engineers were friendly, engaging and communicated well. I trusted them 100% to work in our home, I feel that I can and will recommend this company to anyone.
We will be using Synergi for the rest of the alterations needed on our home, thank you all.
