Great product good service. Initially concerned delivery was with Royal Mail but the product was so well packaged it arrived with no issues.

I’m a fan of the brand and have bought a few things from them, however the portable Muse is simply not a product fit for market. I have had 3 now and have given up, they have all broken within weeks, they seem to blow the bulbs really quickly and the constant exchanging is a pain.

The service has always been good with no quibbling but when you spend over £300 on a light and a charging Matt you don’t expect 3 different versions to break. Either I’m their most unlucky customer or they have a real issue with that product.

It won’t put me off buying from them and I’m already looking at what to get when the refund comes in.

And guys - if you get the Muse property sorted, let me know and I’ll buy one again, but right now it’s simply not good enough. Such a shame as it’s a beautiful design

Really quick and easy. We bought a replacement light bulb as the first was starting fade a little after 5 years!

Happy enough with the delivery speed etc but the light itself is overpriced and not good enough quality for this money, this is the second bulb to have gone and the lights are not very old. The replacement bulbs are £78 each which is almost 50% of the total cost of the light, do not purchase the Tala Kilter light!

Like the classic, timeless design. Item looks well made, sturdy- appreciate the fact it can be repaired. So far it works great but still too early to rate the product- hope it lasts. Great service from Tala- no issues with the delivery. It arrived well packaged.

Good product, responsive customer service (when I eventually found a number) and delivery when expected. Would shop again.

Beautiful lamps, I initially purchased the muse and loved the glow from the bulb so much I went back and purchased the Alumina. Just about to buy another bulb as they really do provided the most beautiful dimmable light. Expensive, yes but honestly worth it.

I’ve bought many Tala bulbs, because of the pleasant design and soft glow.

But, one of my Oblo bulbs got stuck in my light fixture, and the brass screw bit separated from the glass, rendering it useless. Tala refused to negotiate a return or replacement, despite the bulb clearly being faulty.

I’m very surprised at how rigid they are, because it was out of warranty and bought from a 3rd party.

I bought a new bulb, and the design has changed, so now it doesn’t sit flush in my light fixture. Very frustrating.
Again, Tala refused to negotiate a return or replacement, and both old (2019/2020 apparently) and new bulbs are featured on the website.
Very annoying and misleading.

They’re meant to last for over 10 years at 8 hours per day, but the returns policy is 2 years.

Ordered a Muse lamp came faulty - ordered another Muse lamp and that was faulty too . Not TALA’s normal standard at all . But so much back and forth which all takes up so much time . Issue still not sorted.
