Us Immigrationsupport

I couldn't believe I did fall for this trick, but yes, it happened. This looks like a phishing site but I think is not. They just try to cheat you into believing it's the true ESTA, you give them the info and they apply to the real ESTA for you. So it's an intermediary/scam site, of course you pay the service.
Now the cool part, when i noticed the wrong amount I sent an email to withdraw from the service to info @ us-immigrationsupport.org. You should write down 4 points: the reason to withdraw the service (fact that you find out that they are not the real ESTA worked for me), the order number (i did not receive but I found a reference very small in the lower part of the mail), the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay and the name and surname on the the credit card.
Surprisingly this worked and they voided my payment.
Hope this will help you.

This is a total scam! This website is unrelated to the official US Esta site. The disclaimer is barely noticeable at the website's top. The genuine Esta costs $21, whereas they demand $98 with no recourse. Despite promising a response within 72 hours via email, none arrives, and your payment vanishes.

This website has nothing to do with the official US Esta site. It says this in very tiny writing at the top of the website. The real Esta is $21. They charge $98. With no comeback. You will receive an email saying you will hear back in 72 hours, but you don't, then your payment is gone.

This website is a fraud!
don't use it, they charge you with 98USD PER ESTA.
Nowhere to be reached, no answer on your email, no customer service center, no contact form, this is a FRAUD!!! Stil waiting on receiving our 400 USD that we paid to go on a holiday with our children :-(

Be aware that this is a private company and not an government agency.
There prices are therefore a lot higher than using the official ESTA website, about 90 $ instead of 21$.
The communication is non-existent. You don’t get information if your application is approved or not.
Use the esta.cbp.dhs.gov instead.

NOTE THAT Immigration Support is an information website not affiliated with the United States government. Indeed they mention this on their website but not very clearly.

They charge 5 times as much than when the appliaction is done via the department of Homeland Security.

Just another example of screwd internet practices.

STAY AWAY

The website looks professional and once paid all communication stops.
I wrote several mails asking for clarification as well as my Receipt so I could claim the amount but zero communication
In the end I searched for a way to validate my ESTA and found out it has been approved 10 days earlier already
Really bad communication and no support with no information on the website that makes sense or can assist
