Please be aware! This site looks like the real thing, but it’s NOT the official Esta website. They charge you 5x the amount you should pay (21$) when applying on the official esta website. No confirmation of the amount to be charged on the last page before submitting your payment. Very clever, and unfortunately realised too late. It’s a sponsored website by Google, so they appear first in the search, so please be very careful and look for the OFFICIAL ESTA WEBSITE. Very expensive and unnecessary expense incurred

While their service is legal, I would characterise this service provider as dubious. Their site design resembles that of the US Government, and they add a discreet disclaimer to cover themselves. However they could be said to exploit inexperienced travellers - this time a member of my family.

To their credit, they did later provide a refund.

You will have your esta but they will steal you 77usd.

You will get your ESTA but they will charge a lot more for it. (97 USD to me).

Be careful, this is not the official page, They will charge you 121 $USD instead of the official cost of 21 $USD

Do not understand why google allows to sponsor this page

They give the impression they are the US government and charge 5 times the going rate on the US Government website.

You would think google would have a responsibility when this is the first address if you enter 'esta applications' but I guess money speaks louder!

Complete ripoff, comes up on Google before the official us governement Website, well made so you realise your mistake too late. Prices are crazy, for a straight forward application they charge 98 Dollars instead of 21. Not sure if this is even legal. So stay away and look for the official Website!!

Ook ik was er met 3 ESTA aanvragen helemaal ingetrapt. Na het lezen van de reviews heb ik ze direct een mail geschreven om de order te cancellen en dat was binnen een half uur inderdaad ook echt opgelost. De reserveringen op mijn creditcard, die er eerst stonden, waren ook direct weggehaald. Kortom, als je erin trapt direct mailen en dan komt het waarschijnlijk goed. Daarom ook 3 sterren, want de klantenservice werkt snel en uitstekend ;-)

It isn't an outright scam, they just aren't the official ESTA service and charge about 4x what the official site does. The official US government site is the only one worth using, it should say U.S. Customs and Border Protections and have a picture of the Statue of Liberty on the homepage.

I was lucky enough to realise early on that I'd used the wrong site, and they confirmed about an hour after I emailed that the payment had been cancelled.

Either way, I'm not sure how this is legal as this site came up on Google before the official government one for me.

Scam, not the official government site for ESTA. All sites government related have .gov at the end.
Be aware, they returned my money, after I responded to the confirmation email that I want to cancel. Not sure how serious they are. Got my money back but not sure what happened to my privat data. Be careful don’t us usimmigrationsupport.com

I found out that the price of a esta was almost 5 times higher then usual. When you are doing the payment there is no amount showing up.

I send an e-mail that i wanted to cancel the order and a full refund. Within a couple of minutes i had a reaction that they will cancel the order and refund the money. And indeed i had my money back right away

They are not scammers but they charge a lot of money for their services. The customer services are great and responding quickly

This is actually a legit website it just charges you 5x the standard fee.

I paid for this then realised it wasnt the official website and thought it was a scam so I went on the official ESTA website and filled in an application there. Surprisingly I actually received a refund a few hours later from this provider and a refund explaining that when they tried to submit my ESTA application they found an already existing one and therefore were refunding me as they couldn't submit it. I am assuming a scam wouldn’t behave this way so at least they are legit just overpriced!

Lijkt op een overheidssite maar is gemaakt om Europeanen te naaien. Je betaald hier 4x zoveel. Komt ook geen bedrag te zijn bij afschrijving. Naar je geld kan je fluiten

A good solution to a misunderstanding!

As others reported this is not the official esta site, it is one of the many that emulate it. I spent ages filling out their forms which look like the real esta site except they ask additional questions for addresses where you will stay. It took ages. At the end they asked for my credit card details with no fee mentioned and then i got a will be answered within 72 hours. I phoned american express who told me they took 98 dollars and gave me my options to write an email telling them i would report them to trading standards in UK, where they are based. The auto email wasnt responded to but it listed their site address. I sent an email and they cancelled the payment, confirmed by american express the next day. I should mention that the 22 dollar real esta site gave me my esta within 12 hours. Please beware and know your options.

Almost caught me out, started filling in info etc. no sign of disclaimer about it being a 3rd party site.

Noticed before payment does not even give an amount to pay - looking here I can see it was gonna be almost 5X what you should pay!

Google should not allow these pages to be promoted to top of the results way above the genuine ESTA site. I guess they get away with it because its a RIP-OFF rather than a SCAM.

And what do they do with all this passport and personal data they gather???

Jeg er også ked af at skulle sige, at jeg også troede jeg var på den originale esta org side, og jeg vil bestemt anbefale alle IKKE at ansøge igennem denne portal, men i stedet benytte den officielle Esta-ansøgningsside. De yder samme service, men tager sig betalt for det. De får dog 3 stjerner, for så snart jeg fandt ud af det, skrev jeg en mail til dem, og bad dem slette ordren - dette skete inden for 10 minutter, og jeg kunne med det samme se, at trækningen også gik væk i min netbank. Jeg var naturligvis nervøs - de havde jo tilegnet sig utrolig meget information - og mit betalingskort. Men de er reelle nok - de forsøger dog at lave penge på en opgave, der let og enkelt kan udføres af en selv (Helt samme spørgsmål). Så benyt dem ikke, men frygt ikke hvis du kom til det, så kan du let og enkelt få penge tilbage.
