All was resolved by Nokwanda to my satisfaction. I got called back as promised. Tests were done to prove the issue in part of the house and an FOC booster is on order.

Kevin was very helpful and listened to the problem. Our landline was showing the engaged signal whenever we phoned out to a landline or mobile. He called back promptly having solved the issue. We tested and all was well. Our initial call was on Friday and all working properly on Monday. Thank you

I had lost access to the Voneus service and rang Technical support. Mercy answered the call and was able to fix the problem remotely despite me not being able to find a key bit of kit for several minutes. It was hidden behind furniture and I'd forgotten it even existed! He was very patient and we got there in the end.

Installation engineers Matty and Owen were excellent. Everything went smoothly and Matty was very polite and informative

Good initial experience, BUT ! ! !
Contract agreed with voneus included Contract buyout from my existing agreement with BT.
I am having great trouble getting a credit from them for the contract buyout.
This has been ongoing for a couple of months & is still to be resolved. ! ! ! BEWARE ! ! !

Doubling the price of internet at the end of the contract while the same package is available on the website now for LESS than I was paying, not twice as much!

Tried to cancel over email, told have to called after calling get told will get a reply via email and they can’t cancel over the phone for me.

Companies are legally required to offer their best available deals to customers on renewal but never let the law get in the way of ripping off your customers I guess?

This is more of a review of the help I received today in relation to quite an problematic broadband service provider - Veonus. We have experienced many issues with our connection over the past year or so but todays issue was very efficiently dealt with by Sambulo, who was brilliant over the telephone. I lost signal and the call cut out mid conversation, Sambulo called me back straight away. He was very polite, conscientious and helpful. It really did help to have a warm voice at the other end of the line when trying to sort out this problem
