Great delivery time
From ordering to delivery was excellent. The only issue was no fitting instructions were included. This was resolved by phone and instructions emailed. Unfortunately instructions don’t explain how to use a M10 bolt, just where to drill the hole.

Odd communications!
After placing my order, I was sent an email that there was a problem with the delivery. The post was delivered when they said but I was anxious for a day or two.

Thank you for leaving your review, and sorry to hear the delivery update caused some concern - this was generated by the courier, APC, who handled your package, and generally means that your parcel encountered an unexpected issue or delay at the collection depot (the initial facility that sorted the item after it was picked up from the sender). It sounded like it resolved itself quickly though, which I'm pleased to hear!

Item sent out was only 1/2 of what was needed
The item sent out was only 1/2 of what was needed. the posts that the mirrors were fitted to were not sent. therefore pointless sending the mirrors.

I have had three orders over a period…
I have had three orders over a period of time product is great but twice out of three orders the gates came wrong size or wrong hand so I am not a happy customer and would definitely think twice before ordering another product.

We’re very sorry. Having two of your three orders arrive with either the wrong sizing or configuration is frankly unacceptable, particularly when you provided drawings and specific instructions.
We have raised this directly with the manufacturer responsible for producing and dispatching the gates and made clear that this level of error is not acceptable, and have since taken action to ensure this does not happen again.
Thank you for acknowledging the quality of the products despite these issues, and we hope this does not deter you from ordering with us again.
