Helpful sales advisors, good communication during ordering & delivery

What a joke!!
Barrier arrived damaged - Unwrapped within 10 minuets of arriving. Damage reported within 20mins.
Due to the urgency the barrier had to be fitted on site. Barriers direct now come back and say because the damage was not reported on delivery they are going to do nothing about it.
A) Delivery drivers do not wait for you unwrap / open packages to check for damage.
B) They will not take the package if you refuse it once opened.
C) Barriers direct took 4 days to report it to the manufactures.
They take forever to answer the phone and then conveniently are not available on the phone 2 minuets after sending an e-mail.

First time using them I will not be using them again if this is their attitude to customer service.

Delivered exactly as requested. Gate strong and sturdy. Perfect for what we need.

Ordering was easy. Products we ordered were column protectors and were dispatched quickly and received without incident.

We ordered a Modular 3.4m Bundle Speed Ramp Kit from Barriers Direct. The kit arrived within two days, is of good quality and came with fixings. The packaging was split and some of the fixings were missing. After a phone call to the company the missing fixings were dispatched and arrived within 24hrs. We are very pleased with the quality of the kit and of the prompt service received.

Very informative staff and went out of their way to help.
Some detail's were missing on fixings on the website which could be a simple fix, but your staff phoned the manufacture to address the questions whilst I waited a short time.
Delivery was perfect, though no hr heads up on time.
Luckily we are retired :)

Had a problem with delivery which the company owner and partner dealt with - and kept in touch with me with good feedback. Haven't fitted the gates yet, but they do look to be good quality.

Brilliant service, they said next day and it arrived.

First class service and excellent product

I received my garden gate after approx 8 weeks from ordering being told initially this will take 4-6 weeks. Came without instructions which I had to ask for a couple of times until I got the correct ones. But most importantly came without the correct parts to install it, so I had to pay the handyman for nothing today as installation needs to be further delayed until I will manage to get all the parts from them. to be continued...

Excellent well made product

Bought a garden gate, called customer's sevivce before hand for advice. They were very good, answered my questions. I ordered a bespoke size, which was easy to navigate and order. The delivery came earlier than expected, which was great, with good communication from their driver. The overall quality of the product is very good, but some of the fittings are poor, and I needed to use alternatives for a good install. The instructions are very poor, and unclear. I needed to watch a video from another company to figure out how to install it correctly. I am pleased with the end result.

As a small charity struggling to reopen after the COVID-19 restrictions Barriers Direct gave us a charity discount and then a further discount on a slightly damaged swing gate for our car park. This has helped us massively and we are very grateful. We also felt held and supported by the customer service team.
