Originally placed order based on being…
Originally placed order based on being told lead time of 2 or 3 weeks but probably 3 weeks . This passed so I contacted after about 4 weeks to be told would be another 3'weejs from then . This passed so contacted again and was told again by office personnel after being placed on hold whilst they spoke to manufacturing department that it was scheduled for the following Thursday/ Friday and delivery was already scheduled . I asked if this was a definite and that they promised it was to which I got a yes. On that Thursday of promised delivery I received an email saying gates were out of stock and now would be following . So after placing my order, taking money 8 weeks or more previously and giving me various dates, they suddenly decide it's out of stock . This leads me to think I was either lied to or departments there do not know what is going on because to get an out of stock email and having my money for that time is ridiculous .

The lead times we provide are based on the information supplied to us by the manufacturer. We're reliant on the updates we're provided and can only pass on the information available to us at the time. Unfortunately, in this instance, the manufacturer has experienced unprecedented demand, which has significantly impacted production schedules and availability.
I appreciate that this doesn't make the situation any less frustrating from your perspective. I sincerely apologise for the mixed messages you received. We were relaying the latest information provided by the manufacturer, but it became clear that their production schedule changed at very short notice, and regrettably, this situation was outside of our direct control. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase now it has safely arrived.

Order was delivered in three seperate…
Order was delivered in three seperate parts over 4 days , one part of the order didnt turn up in full and the second of the two wheel stops got delivered the following day . Took ages for barriers direct to contact the distributors and find out where stuff was .
