Your company has been straight forward and direct with me so far. Cost and delivery date is essential to all your customers! This is my second purchase from you and I am happy with the service! Though not quite as good on price Building Materials Nationwide were able to deliver sand and cement to our construction site, where another well known building materials supply company, bizarrely, couldn't ?!?!
Virtually immediate response to requests for quotations and fast delivery as a consequence of excellent customer service from Sam, our sales contact.

ordered materials and paid no delivery date
ordered materials and paid, had no information on delivery date, emailed for a delivery date had no reply, emailed again on working day 4 and still no reply, still not received goods after working day 5, has caused delay to job, having to purchase extra materials from local supplier as no delivery date.

Got it wrong
Only half my order was delivered. I had to call to ask what happened, someone did call me back and promised delivery next week but no confirmation has been received and I'm going to have to take another day off work to stay home. My project has been delayed by about 4 days minimum, if they deliver quick enough. Edit: The order was placed on 27.08 so this was not within the 2-3 days delivery guideline as mentioned.

I'm sorry to hear there was a delay in the full balance of the order being delivered, hopefully there was enough to get going with the project, with it being delivered today this still falls under the 2-3 working days advised for delivery as we received your order past 12pm on the 27th, as we would of first seen the order on the 28th the 29th would be 1 day, the 30th day 2 and today (2nd) day 3, hope this helps.

Good quality product
Ordered from these guys after being let down on a pre fabricated shed and decking in to build one myself. Cheapest place I could find for the amount of wood I needed and absolute no issues with the quality.
Small hiccup with original delivery date but still arrived within 4 days of ordering.
Would happily use again for the next project.

Ordered and took payment on a Saturday, emailed on Tuesday to see where and when my order will arrive, a reply of sorry your item is out of stock, when was I going to be told this!!, go on web site and you can still order it, Maybe put a out of stock notice, this order was for a job I’m on!!

Shocking service! given a date for delivery and when chased it was still not in stock! given new date of today for delivery and now aparently still not in stock after waiting 3 weeks!! dont do it use someone else.
