Always a fantastic service from BM, within 24 hours of ordering I get a call from them to double check some specific details of my order and update me on when it might be delivered. This is extra impressive considering I'm not even a trade customer.
They're always happy to help and try their best to answer any questions you have - everyone I've spoken to has been a joy to work with. On top of all of that their prices are pretty hard to beat! I can't recommend them enough

My complete order was cancelled because you couldn’t source part of it.
This was done via email on day 5 of what was a 3-5 day delivery order, without any prior notice of any issues with sourcing materials.

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. No updates about when delivery might occur without chasing.
Expected 3-4 working days. On day 5 I'm told it will arrive between 10 and 12. Then that afternoon I'm advised it will arrive in 2 days time!! Noone will be around then so unsure what will happen.
Louise was very helpful and very quick to respond. But sadly not up to her how orders are processed. Very Disappointed and had to delay job. Will certainly pay more for local next time.

Order was DELAYED. Then we received the WRONG ORDER and have not been able to get a refund for two weeks now.
Items do not match the names listed on the website.
After initial back and forth issue was resolved with a bit of an extra cost and time.

I have looked into your order and can see the delivery date was in the time frame stated on our website at the time of the order.
We have also triple checked everything and the correct bricks to what you ordered were delivered, Wienerberger and Terca are the same thing.
Bricks can be difficult to match due to weathering that's why we always advise a sample and explain clearly the photos are for representative purposes only and if unsure to order a sample.
If the incorrect brick were sent out we would of replaced these immediately for you, due to the correct bricks being sent, we explain all restocking fees in out T&C's.
We certainly understand the situation you find yourself in and we want to help as much as possible, which we have stated in previous communication to you.
I understand my colleagues are working with you to get this issue resolved.

Awful
second order with them and never again. They take your order then tell you out of stock, had to threaten to reverse the entire payment as waited over 2 weeks for the refund,still was wrong but by then i had given up. Last order they just send things damaged and dont supply an item when you follow up they say oh no mistake in pricing, thought it was a sale item. Most items they say delivery 2-3 days, nonsense.

I understand we had an item priced incorrectly for £1 which we had to refund for you. i will investigate why this took so long to do especially for such a small amount.

This situation is unusual for us, however, we will use it for training purposes moving forward to deal with this more efficiently.

I can highly recommend this company even though they were unable to fulfill my order due to restrictive access. The staff member went above and beyond to try and help resolve this for me, and spent a lot of time calling round before we exhausted all options. Will definitely use Building Materials again for smaller products :-)

Good communication, was even able to change orders before delivery, which is a big bonus with an online supplier.

Order was accepted for 4 construction items & 1 landscaping. Delivered in 2-3 days but 1 construction item was not supplied as apparently wasn't available. After waiting in on the following day for the landscaping item it was delivered in the wrong format (bulk not bags)

Incredible company and customer service!
Honestly best price for our fencing needs! Massimo handled our order and it was due to be delivered on the Tuesday after ordering on the Wednesday late night, we needed it as soon as possible due to an incident that had happened and they sorted our next day delivery so fast! And any questions or problems super fast replies so quickly! The deliver driver was so lovely who helped my partner unload nice and fast and even took the job on his day off! Everything we ordered was fantastic quality!! Honestly can't reccomend this company enough! Incredible service, we have so many landscaping jobs coming up and we will 100% be using again! Thankyou so much!
