Even though original supplier did not have what I wanted in stock, Grahame sorted it from 2 other suppliers which let me do the job. Could of easily said sorry can't do it.

Absolutely shocking service, don't trust them you will receive wrong goods and never get a refund!!
Absolutely shocking service.. I made an order paid for it they sent the wrong items, when I asked for them to be changed or refunded the same day they told ne they would get the matarials picked up... 4 weeks down the line they still not been picked up I contacted them again and they told me sorry you have to get in touch with the seller your quote expired... 1) it wasn't a quote as l've ordered it and paid you for it it's down to you to rectify it.. 2) this company just gets your order and forwards it on to other builders merchants, like mine come from travis Perkins,
Don't use this company because you will order something pay £500 pound like I did and get sent the wrong stuff then they don't want to know

Good communication and helpful staff
Good communication and helpful staff. The timber was a lot cheaper than at Travis Perkins but was delivered by them.
As the order was over £750 delivery was free.

Delayed and incomplete delivery after 7 days
I had a 7 day wait for a simple concrete mix order, despite website advertising 2-3 days. Order then only part delivered from a 3rd party. Complex supply chains that do not deliver for the customer. Avoid.

Placed order because 2/3 day delivery…
Placed order because 2/3 day delivery was stated on website. Called after a couple of days because I hadn’t heard from them and was told it would be delivered that day, it wasn’t or the day after. Still haven’t received any updates from them. Paid over the odds so I could get it delivered quicker than the local timber merchants, turns out it’s going to take longer and it’s more expensive.

Shocking company to deal With.
Website said available delivery within 2-3 working days, 5 working days later, item still not turned up.
Rang in, to be told that they apparently had been struggling to able to source the item, but hadn't thought to let anyone know. I Then contacted someone who they happen to purchase from and they told me they had received no enquiries for the item. So clearly nothing had been done about the order and had just been left. Terrible service in general and even worse from Tom!

Shocking service
Shocking service, lost the order on delivery day, agreed to have delivery sent out first thing next day, no phone calls , only to find out delivery was scheduled last drop of second day. Young lady called Paris is out of her depth. No urgency whatsoever. I was told by Paris she has no control over delivery..... Then what is your purpose. Stay away from these guys they will ruin small businesses. Never again

Not the best service.
Place my order on the 2nd April....Ticked the box for delivery on the 4th April .I was hoping to do the work that weekend. I waited for an email and heard nothing, so rang at 4.30pm and the said they would ring back in 20mins.....so I rang again at 4.54 pm to be told that the delivery would be next Tuesday. (not a happy camper) Change of plans. Tuesday morning expected a text or email nothing. I rang Tuesday morning at 8.50am same old story. the gentleman told me he would ring TRAVIS PERKINGS but unable to get hold of anybody I then cancelled my order. I was paying £45 for this shipping and handling service Why is it that you as the customer spend most of your life ringing and chasing your order.
