They claimed 1-3 working days delivery
They claimed 1-3 working days delivery. On day 5 they decided to cancel the order because they weren't willing to pay for delivering the materials. They asked for an additional £350. They are con artists, steer well clear.

We're sorry to hear your delivery hasn't gone smoothly, I know when you ordered the item you were advised it was a longer than usual lead time and we've been let down by one of our supply partners on this one, however you are our customer so we take full responsibility and want to help as much as possible.

Slow, had to chase
Timber arrived eventually. Order arrived in parts and I had to phone up 3 or 4 times to chase the remaining parts of the order. Sales assistant was quite blasé and made promises each time that didn’t happen

Worst experience ever AVOID!!!!!!
Failed to deliver the order correctly overcharged us for the pleasure and despite contacting and confirming the issue with multiple sales agents they still haven’t come back with a refund or solution. Not fit for purpose look elsewhere!

Great products but because they were coming from 3rd party places there was no notice about delivery. All 3 separate deliveries from 1 order all arrived with little or no notice it was just by chance there was someone in to receive
