One of the most helpful companies I’ve ever dealt with. From the minute I purchased the baby Brezza machine they have been nothing but amazing. My baby has had 3 formula changes due to allergies and they have assisted me with the settings every time very quickly, including testing a new prescription formula they didn’t have a setting for. Highly recommend!
Amazing service. Prompt reply to our query and the service team went above and beyond to order the part we needed.

Great product for great price, free shipping over £50. Very fast shipping too! One star reduced however, as I had some technical problems with clicking buttons in the payment portion on Chrome (but was fine on Microsoft Edge).

Excellent company! I had a small issue with a product that was out of warranty and they sorted it out for me quickly and very efficiently. This was the second pushchair I had bought from them. Would happily recommend them.
I ordered the owlet sock and baby monitor on the 9th Jan for our baby, who was due home on the 16th from the hospital on oxygen and received a message stating it will leave the warehouse within 1 working day and delivered by by royal mail first class. I have received nothing since and chased customer services via email on 14th Jan with no response.
A shocking level of customer service in a highly anxious time.
Took payment very promptly and have received numerous marketing emails since!
An expensive product, which I cannot say works or not as the delivery / customer service is non existent.

Excellent service online, exchanged swaddles with no fuss after our newborn was too big for the size we’d bought. Highly recommend!
Bought the love to dream swaddles and they are great my son loves them.
We have had five and they have all came in a timely manner. One of the swaddles was faulty so i emailed the company and they responded very quickly and exchanged the item. I will definitely be continuing to buy my swaddles from this company as my little boy grows.
Emailed them for a returns reference number was given this number. I emailed again to just check i was still able to send back as it had been over a month they confirmed it was all okay to send the item back. I sent the items 2nd class from my local post office. After waiting a long time and no response to email, I rung them on the 22nd of October a long time after sending my item back I was told it was in the warehouse and would be process immediately. 3 weeks down the line an still no refund, now they claim it isn't even in the warehouse. There customer service are rude, useless, and a bunch of liers. Happy to take money from us but not return it. Trading standards aware.

I contacted owlet for the owlet sock and noticed they had 20% discount for NHS workers. I contacted them directly and they were good at sending me the invoice to pay to cheeky rascals. I tried 3 times to pay this, the first time it said their bank account is not accepting faster payments. I contacted them and explained they said try with PayPal. I used another account to try and pay and this went through and the money was returned back into the account, I also tried PayPal which was unsuccessful. I asked them to call me as it was getting frustrating that their is something wrong with the account. We have emailed cheeky rascals and no one has got back to us. If we try to call it goes to voicemail. It is disappointing for a company to use ‘Nhs discount’ and make it impossible for anyone utilising this to actually buy anything. False advertising in my opinion.

We have been back and forth with Cheeky Rascals regarding our broken owlet for a month. They are impossible to get hold of, don’t respond to my phone messages or emails. The customer service is dreadful & I have no update on our owlet. They will blame Covid but every other company manages to still run a good customer service. This company should not be stockist for a premium product especially products that are used as a health & safety measure for your baby as there has been no haste in responding. I am waiting a response cheeky rascals, please don’t respond with your phone number and email address I already have it & have sent you multiple emails and left multiple messages. You have my details please contact me by the end of the day or I will be forced to take this further.

Has a problem with their website, but the online chat sorted it then and there and processed the order straight away outside office hours. Brilliant customer service.
