I read the reviews a while after I had ordered my goods and panicked. After reading what some people had written, I thought it was a 'dodgy' company.
I rang them, fully expecting as I'd read, that no one would answer.
My call was answered straight away and I was reassured by a really kind and friendly guy that everything was fine and I'd receive all my goods tomorrow as stated.
Sure enough, everything arrived the next day and I must say, everything was packaged incredibly well. Delivery guy was great too so will definitely use this company again.

ITS A SCAM!

Ordered one item and was sent the wrong one which costs much less.
I have tried to get it resolved by emailing and called the customer service two times and spoke to someone. I was promised the item will be picked up same day.
It’s been two weeks and despite calling, it still hasn’t been picked up.
Now they’re not picking up the phone.

I have lost hope of receiving a refund now so will bite the bullet and take the loss. Hopefully I have learnt my lesson and not buy from untrusted places again.

Fantastic service, used regularly for the past few months with no issues. The team there is always on hand to do deals for my bigger orders. Give them a try. 5 stars

Order was process quickly and that's as good as it gets. One of the items that arrived was damaged, parts broken off of it were not within the packaging which would indicate that the item was packaged up in this broken state. Over two weeks for a reply from the company after repeated emails to them. Completely unacceptable for anyone running a business and I would advise anyone to avoid them.

A fraudulent website operating with the intention of stealing money from customers.

I ordered five items and received one item worth a fraction of my initial order. I photographed the item received and the size of the packaging it arrived in.

As previous reviews mention the company have no intentions of supplying goods or refunding monies.

Please report the website and contact Trading Standards if you have been effected.

Dishonourable company - totally ignored my return email, there employee is named: Tarlotan Bhambra who went silent, im a professional electrician and am now stuck with stock that they failed to honour the return and ignored my company email - AVOID AT ALL COST

Returned items over three weeks ago. No refund received and ignoring all correspondence. Do not buy from this fraudulent company. I have tracking and photographic proof the parcel I returned has been received.

Ordered a desk lamp and it came with a part missing. Emailed them for help on 6th June. 20 days later no reply. Oh & their return window is only 14 days so I expect I won’t be able to return it. Not that their website makes it clear how to even do this. Cheap for a reason! Avoid!

Ordered 30 wiska junction boxes.....received 9.....have emailed twice, no response....will leave 7 days, then look for refund from credit card, very disappointed with lack of service

I’m really delighted with my shopping experience with Electrical Wholesalers 4U. Much cheaper than many other sellers alike. Delivery was very fast. Very competitive pricing (much cheaper than elsewhere). Great website with ours of choice. Communication throughout was fab. All-in-all I had a very positive shopping experience with this retailer. I would highly recommend this retailer.
