There is absolutely no way to get a hold of this company. Their phone number listed is for a totally different company, and nobody emails you back. I’m so disgusted with this company. I wish I could give it zero stars. Do not order from this company! You will be disappointed.

Just called into the Ashby store on the off chance I could have some links taken out of a watch which was given to me for my birthday, “was it bought from here” the assistant asked, when I said no it was a birthday gift she said “sorry can’t do it”. It is a good job that there is a more reasonable jewellers just around the corner.

I ordered a nomination charm online for a birthday gift which arrived in time, however it didn't have the official nomination gift bag which was really disappointing. I have e-mailed the company twice now and had no reply. Very disappointing service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are really sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing, especially as this was a gift for a special occasion.
When a Nomination charm is ordered on its own, our standard practice is not to include a gift bag. Gift packaging is only sent with bracelet purchases, which is why your order did not include one.
We have looked into your emails and we apologise for the lack of response. We are currently experiencing a technical issue with replies being blocked or undelivered to certain Outlook and Microsoft email addresses. Although we did respond, it seems the messages did not go through properly. We are working to resolve this issue as a priority, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Excellent service for my daughter’s ear…
Excellent service for my daughter’s ear piercing at the Beeston store. The process was clearly explained, paperwork to complete (daughter under 16), aftercare explained, solution and AC sheet given. Daughter said it was painless. Overall a positive experience, thank you.

Don't believe everything you read
Having used Grace & Co for a great number of years, we know for sure that the reviews on this platform are not so well justified in comparison to the copious amounts of positive reviews on the platform they officially use
On their official reviews platform, which is not this and is visible on Google search, they have a rating of 4.8 through 1,065 reviews generated over the the last year
This is far better than most, and for that, this is why we return there for Pandora and Nomination charms
