Arrived fast. Like the piece I ordered. Will order again.

Bought a watch customer service was excellent for this i'm giving a good review.
BUT BE CAREFUL CHECKING PRICES ELSEWHERE FIRST!!!!!
I PAID £159 FOR AN ACCURIST WATCH.
ONLINE OTHER RETAILERS NEARLY ALL SAID RRP £159 AND WERE SELLING THEM FOR £79.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I brought a nomination bracelet and 3 charms off there website, only bracelet and 2 charms came, I’ve emailed 5 times to only have one reply back saying check to make sure it’s not got stuck in the lining off the delievery package, I checked this when I received the parcel, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from online from them as they don’t want to know when you don’t get your items you have paid for, I am taking this matter further as I have paid for this item

I purchased a watch which stopped working after a few months. I went back to the store on 3 separate occasions and was offered only a repair or replacement which I didn't want, the store refusing to refund an item which appeared to be faulty at the time of purchase.
I have purchased several items of jewellery from this store previously but feel customer's requirements are not listened to and service standards are very poor if non existent. I will not be shopping with this company again.

Recently purchased an item of jewellery online from grace and co when I popped in to the Ashby de la Zouch branch I just wanted to purchase a little gift bag to put it in for my wife’s Christmas present but was told they couldn’t sell me one but I could purchase a gift box that was totally inadequate for £5.00 now I think giving me a bag that I was totally willing to pay for would not have been unreasonable but sadly I was told no so I will not be purchasing anything else from grace and co in future

Ear piercing terrible, my daughters were pierced non symmetrical and at an angle - avoid for piercings here!!!

Went to visit the Nottingham store and was served by Jess. Jess was super helpful and went above and beyond for us. She is an absolute credit to your team. Thank you very much Jess

I went in to buy a watch and Jess was very helpful. It was no trouble at all for her to take out several watches from the cabinets for me to try and there was absolutely no feeling at all that she would pressure me into buying anything. She was totally professional and when I did find a watch I liked she said I should return the following week to get some links removed by Rose. Again Rose was expecting me and I really love my watch. Will definitely visit again for future purchases. Thankyou both. Akhter.

Placed an order 27th December for some charms still have not received them sent numerous emails which keep fogging me off I'm still waiting to hear again won't be buying online from these again just beware

I would be very dubious if ordering from this company. Their returns system is outdated and needs a customer friendly overhaul.
I ordered a nomination charm from them and two weeks later the gem has fallen off. Tried calling all day but no answer so I found their email address and explained. I was told I can indeed return the item BUT at my own expense!!So they can investigate and decide the next possible outcome.
NOT customer driven at all.
I find it disappointing that I should need to return at my own cost considering the item lasted 2 weeks. Ughhh. I will find a REPUTABLE company to order from next time so BEWARE!!!

I've been looking for the right St Christopher pendant for a while and after buying one that was too small for me Rose from the Beeston branch went out of her way to source the correct sized pendant and ensured I was happy with it. She kept me in the loop at every stage of the process
This has given me the utmost confidence in dealing with Grace & Co again, therefore I would highly recommend this shop.
They sell a wide range of well known jewelry items at fair prices.
I am also impressed with Rose's outstanding customer service which has made me decide that Grace & Co will always be my first choice

I wish all websites were as easy to use as this one. Did a search, and found this site. Did a search on the site, and found an item I thought was an appropriate gift. Checked out with ease and kept informed about the order. Good communication actually. A seamless process and arrived quite quickly too.

I ordered 2 Nomination charms from Grace and Co, online, for birthday presents. One was “sister” and another “auntie”. Delivery time wasn’t bad at all, however, they sent the wrong charm. I received sister and friend. These were put in one small Nomination fold up box, bearing in mind it was 2 separate gifts, there was no bag, which normally you receive and the guarantee wasn’t completed. I called the branch and spoke to the manager, explained the situation, but like a previous comment, I had to return the item and pay for packaging and postal and send in the receipt and wait for it to be processed, the item to be received, before they’ll issue a refund, for their mistake.

I did ask who checked the order before being sent out, and he said two people check and when I asked if the people could be traced, he said it could have been himself that picked and packaged the order.

I understand mistakes happen, however the way this has been dealt with hasn’t been satisfactory. I would have requested an exchange but I am against time with it being for a birthday and with the service I have received, I’d rather go elsewhere, a little bit more professional.
