Don’t expect quick delivery
Ordered anti reflux on Friday as we were low on current tub, paid for express delivery (next day) as it was urgently required. Failed to arrive until Tuesday. Complained and despite the price of the tub being £15 and other items purchased taking the overall order to approx £54, was refunded £3!!

We are sorry to learn of your experiences with the delay in the delivery of your order.
As we do not offer weekend deliveries and your order was placed on Friday, then delivery by the courier should have been made on Monday, however there was a delay with the courier delivering this and it wasn't delivered until the following day (Tuesday) and a refund was issued for the difference between an Express delivery you had paid for and an Economy delivery.

Overall good experience
I bought the ready made 1 bottles. I feed these to my baby and not the formula powder. It would be brilliant if these were on subscription as the formula is.
I was a bit disappointed that when the milk arrived that the packaging had been damaged.
Apart from that, I received the milk quickly and it had a good use by date on them.

Not great customer service
Great products but not so much the customer service. 1 parcel was stolen because was left at the front door. They did replace that and sent new order. Leaving a parcel of milk for a baby in the front door where multiple people walk pass is somehow ok for them the way they were replying. Plus, I was home the courier couldn’t be bothered to ring the bell. However, the same courier delivered another order I made and this time it arrived however the box was badly damaged, wet and opened. When I contacted hipp organic i was told that the driver doesn’t know it is milk and somehow it seems ok that something so important is delivered on the state. The box is clearly labelled as hipp and they know exactly where it is from looking at the label. I sent evidence of how it arrived and never got a sorry about it. Like i said great products, my baby drinks their formula but their customer service isn’t the best. Very low standards about how items are delivered and excuses instead of acting on it. You pay for the delivery charges they are not free! Quite disappointing about the way they handle things and hence why the negative feedback.

Always brilliant service. Never have any problems. Products are amazing. We’ve used HiPP in our family for as long as I can remember so using them for my son was a no brainer!

Service client déplorable
Nous avons acheté du lait (grosse commande car notre bébé ne prend que ce lait ), livraison U.S. Produit bloqué à la douane. On a payé des frais supplémentaires, toujours aucune livraison de prévu, aucun support de Hipp, aucune aide. Service client déplorable. Je ne recommande pas si vous habitez à l’étranger.

We are sorry for the problems you have experienced trying to send HiPP products to the USA.
HiPP organic products are not legally allowed to be sold in the USA as they are not registered with the necessary organic registration bodies and HiPP therefore do not have a distributor of their products for these markets. Because our products are not registered for the US market, then these do not have an FDA code, which is likely the reason these goods have been retained by customs.
We are sorry that HiPP have not been able to help you further on this occasion.

German bureaucracy
Our delivery was stolen because the Evri driver simply left our delivery next to a busy street. However, instead of being helpful, Hipp import the same ridiculous German bureaucracy and require a pdf form to be filled out and signed even though they have all the information and can get the rest by email. The HiPP products are good but I am not inclined to order from their website again.
Update: Having gone through the bureaucracy, the remaining process was quick and without further hassle. I have therefore increased the rating. We really love the quality of the HiPP products and will keep buying them but probably not from their website as long as they are using Evri as their delivery service.
