When I rang Johnson tiles thé phone was answered promptly by à wonderful lady called Hazel who helped me navigate through the order I am hoping to make in the next few days. She was warm knowledgeable and eager to help. I am waiting for my trade account to be approved which I submitted yesterday - hopefully it will be approved soon so I can place an order. Thé samples I ordered were despatches the same day and arrived the following day - good efficient friendly service by humans! What a dream.
