Shocking customer service no refund as yet
I would not give any stars for this company. . My 17 year old daughter returned something bought online, one month on still no refund. Every email we send we get fobbed off or the email gets retuned. I am still trying but do not buy from this company they try to give the impression they care in the emails but are evading any refund .

I've asked for a little more information via Trustpilot so I can track down your specific order / journey, and I'll then escalate this to our Head of Customer Services so we can get things resolved with you ASAP.

Hi Anthony
Thanks for flagging this. We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel goes missing—especially twice. I have checked our systems and can see you've been in touch with our Customer team and they have now provided a full refund.

UPDATE: Hi Neil - as you'll know, the package has arrived and we hope the contents found you well.
Sorry again for the delays. We have complained to Evri on our joint behalf as the service level you received isn't acceptable.
We're available on support.knickerbox.com should you need it in future, too.
Hope to see you back at some point, so we might have the chance to recover our reputation in your eyes.

Hi Neil,
Thanks for flagging this, sorry it's not arrived yet.
Nicky and I have checked in on your order to see where it's gotten to. It looks like it's "on its way" on the Evri portal, but we don't think that's a good enough update given how long it's been.
We've esclated this to our Customer Services team just now, who will find out what's going on. They'll be in touch as soon as possible once they've heard back from Evri.

DISGRACEFUL
DISGRACEFUL
Returned order on the 18th August 2025 still not received a refund - contacted the company through their website site twice -since still no response, no customer support. If I don’t receive a refund within 7 days I will have no choice but to take legal action through the small courts under the consumers rights act 2013. Will NEVER buy from them again!

Beautiful
Beautiful. Well made. Great quality. Fast delivery. Well packaged and fits well.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5. It's the colour. It's light pink online but in reality it's faded pink.

Hi Esmeralda,
Thanks for the fab feedback! We're so pleased you loved the quality and fit 💕 but sorry the colour wasn’t quite what you expected vs. the imagery online.
I've spotted which product you're talking about, and have passed that on to the creative team so they can better reflect the colour.

Discount code scam
Signed up as first time customer in order to recieve 15% newbie discount, however, I have not recieved an email with the discount code until I checked out without it. A bit misleading and disappointing especially as I placed a large order.

Bad customer experience
Delivered using EVRI, package was out in an unsafe place and was taken.
It was very difficult to find customer support, when I did find it, they sent me out a form to fill which was very difficult to open.
Once I eventually opened, filled out and sent back they said that they didn't receive it and closed the case.
Awful company!
