Despite an item being misdelivered and the courier claiming it had been delivered, but never a trace of it found, they sourced a replacement with the minimum of fuss. No issues in getting in contact and prompt responses to queries.

I needed to order a spare part for a device and had some trouble with the shipping options. I was in contact with both Katie and Mia and they were both brilliant. Friendly, understanding, responsive and diligent, both following up and going above and beyond. I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with my experience, particularly with both agents.

Few months ago I purchased 7.4L 2400W Dual Air Fryer in Tesco. I was thinking that air fryer supposed to be always the same temperature 210 degrees but just recently I learned that I should be available to adjust the temperature but I can't. Otherwise the rest of programs are working.

I recently received a replacement frying pan, and I must say I'm quite impressed with it! The pan is made of high-quality material, which makes it sturdy and durable, yet lightweight and easy to handle. The handle is also made of high quality material and is securely attached to the pan with rivets, so I feel confident using it on the stove.

One thing I really like about this frying pan is how evenly it heats up. My Progress Aero Grill developed a fault eight months after purchase. I contacted the supplier, Ideal World TV, with whom I had the warranty, but they had gone into administration. The administrators could not, or would not, honour the warranty. I turned to Progress to find out if they could help. They sent a courier (at their expense) to collect the product and issued a full refund. I am so grateful to Jamie C and Jordan O for the friendly and professional way they swiftly rectified the situation.

Having purchased a Multi cooker upon arrival I found that it was too big for the space available, after requesting a return had an immediate response with code for Royal Mail. Contacted the Company this morning to request a collection as I am disabled and a young man named Jamie arranged for this to happen in the next 48hours.
From my experience from ordering to arranging collection would give 10 stars if possible.
