When attempting to repair a leaking blender, I emailed Progress for help. They were extremely helpful, making sure that they identified the correct model before sending me the replacement part, free of charge. As the blender is over 10 years old, that is excellent customer service.

I bought a Progress 11lt Air Fryer but the instruction leaflet wasn't great. On contacting Customer services I was asked the exact spec of my fryer and within days an envelope containing the full manual arrived at my home.
Well done team!

With the electric food slicer (Product code EK 3683P) the instructions do not tell you how to get the thickness guide out to clean it.
This is assembled so must come out but turning the handle anticlockwise does not appear to work.

I received a Progress Aircook XL for xmas. I couldn't find the full instruction manual to download from their suggested website so e mailed my query. Andrew was super efficient in responding, asking me for exact details of the product and within days I received a printed copy through the post. Quart and Beth kept me updated throughout. Absolutely sterling service and I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased a ProgressCookShop glass kettle from a local retail outlet. It was for summer camping so it did not get used straight away. First time I filled it, the water drained through 4 holes straight into the electrical base. Contacted Customer Services who told me to get a refund from the retailer. I no longer have proof of purchase so I will write off the £20 and throw the kettle away. The company were not concerned or interested to acknowledge that water and electricity aren't a great mix. Let's hope its not a production issue.
