I just bought a Tesco own brand loaf of bread 🍞 and it was the Tesco own brand super seedid loaf. It was the most amazing tasting bread I have tasted in a long time. With 6 different types of seeds. I looked at the ingredients on the bag. And I have to say I didn't see any E numbers in it. I thought it tasted really great It is far better than any of the top brands. So I don't understand why people are complaining about it. but you know some people are never satisfied with anything good thew wouldn't even know it if it slapped them in the face, it seems that want all the artificial softness of a mass product that is probably a prosest even highly prosest product. This bread is not ment to hang around for ever. It's meant to be eaten, So get a life and enjoy it, for what it is.

Tescos, never get fresh rolled boneless turkey in at Christmas, very disappointing, so next year I am going to order one from a Farm and get it delivered.
Assistant said we might, no different from day before, sick of going back. They cover them in Bacon,sausage meat,gravy,cranberry, but when your CELIAC you cannot buy these unless you want to be ill.

This store have unjustifiably banned an 82 year old housebound disabled pensioner from shopping online due to a situation which has happened outside of her control. 2 weeks before Christmas the store has said they will no longer deliver food to this innocent lady and not explain themselves She has shopped online with them for 20+ years and the store manager doesn’t even have the grace to pick up the phone to her. This lady is housebound and has no other way to access her weekly groceries She has done nothing wrong and the store Manager should be held to account for their actions. One of the most devastating acts of incompetence I have ever encountered Tescos you should be ashamed and appalled by your own actions

Tesco's refund policy needs to be updated on their till receipts .

Today I went to princes risborough store for a return, but staff i mean supervisor was very rude, no good customer service whatsoever

Tesco have been around for many many years, starting as one of the first supermarkets as we know.
Very convenient and reasonable prices in relations to money.
That was in the sixties and seventies.
Come onto recent years and today Nov 2025.
I'm astounded by the HIGH prices compared to the same thing in other stores..not necessarily superstores.
I'm not talking pennies either..lots are plainly a rip-off.
I suppose people think their best of a HIGH price bunch of these so called supermarkets. SUPER in HIGH prices.
These markets, most people don't know, that they don't absorb price rises..they have targets preset..ie PROFITS. They set targets and any wholesale price increases are just thrown at the public..oh no we're not absorbing any increases..'throw it at the public in disguise.
Stores cards for one..dragging the simple public in..the difference between if you have a store card or not..you've seen..the store card price is the proper price, not a reduced price. They are giving you nothing..the prices if you don't have a card are ludicrous..just ridiculous.
Ive compared prices for virtually the same and the same. card or not.
Items ive seen upto double than where ive purchased.

The design of all tesco superstores has negative flow, the lighting the decor is dark, it does not give ambiance.

Tesco Cardington Pharmacy staff are rude, unhelpful, confrontational and just lazy. Could not be bothered about supplying the correct item in the first place and would not accept a return despite it being useless. Did not know how to access a digital till receipt. DEI hire full of self importance and paid for standing around displaying a badge. Goodbye Cardington Tesco you were always way down market anyway.....

Can any one tell me why are all staff at Tesco are so miserable. Waiting at customer service desk while staff is telling customer her life story and am waiting and waiting finally I get to ask a question about if they stock a product she just takes one look at the picture of the product I had I my phone from tesco website and she tells me No We don't do it.
Is on your website you stupid idiot may be take your time and look properly.
TESCO YOU NEED TO GET PROPER STAFF THAT CARE AND TEACH THEM WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. This is related to Northwich branch and all its miserable and unhelpful staff.

Visited Eastleigh store and wished I'd not bothered.One member of staff covering kiosk, with a long queue and the self tills (no other option). She told me there were no staff to open any tills and did not finish the approval of my bags and ignored the red light, understandable due to the queue. So I waited. Another member of staff eventually appeared and asked me what I had done! She checked my (empty) bags and completed the bag check. The store had loads of gaps in products, was very untidy and not a good experience. Then I find Tesco don't want reviews! "Speak to the store staff". Still laughing ....

Had a leg of lamb costing £20. On eating it tasted like the Manager of the ABERDARE store had pissed on it!
As USA L with crap meat they sell it was put in the bin.

I want to say that when you are a colleague & are at work & you walk for "2 weeks straight & you're NOT getting TREATED PROPERLY!

I bought eggs three out of pack of ten had blood spots

Never have enough bread at the bakery.I realise today the bakery wasn't working but there's generally no bread anyway.
Particularly brown or tiger loaf.
No Caesar dog food at all at 10am.Shelves don't seem to be stacked with much.
Customer service is good though.

Highly recommend Tesco Ware Pharmacy. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
I’m especially grateful to Cindy, the Pharmacist. She went above and beyond to help me out with my prescription today. Thank you very much Cindy.

I have been a customer of this branch since 2018 and never had any problems BUT today your shop has upset my disabled wife (im her carer) by setting DEBT COLECTORS on her ! for a parking fine of £115 She did try to pay but machine not operational and in this store OFTEN it dosent have a charge. BUT THIS TIME you set debt recovery plus onto her ref 15467232 20/06/25 .
I have tried without sucsess to speak to the shop managers,
I tried without sucess your phone nos and now cant even speak to someone on line....
Why are you making this wrong chage?Why are you making it so hard to speak to anyone? Does tesco really care SO LITTLE about its disabled customers???

as this has already gone to a debt recovery agent, I'm not sure if this fine can be waived now. However on this occasion, I've emailed the details over to the team responsible for the Faversham Superstore Car Park, and asked them to look into this further and waive the fine.
