Amazing customer service

My old device was broken, but their customer service is really impressive. David M answered my emails quickly and warmly (even though it's not in the working hours). With this kind of experience, I would definitely choose vuse again in future.

Vuse ist nicht mehr attraktiv

Vuse ist leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Die neuen Pods sind geschmacklich nicht wirklich genießbar. Creamy Tobacco, mein Lieblingsgeschmack, schmeckt wie billiger Kaugummi und hat mit dem alten nichts mehr gemeinsam. Auch das ständige gluckern der Vape ist extrem nervend. Wie hier schon jemand geschrieben hat muss nicht jeder im Umkreis von 5 Metern mitbekommen, dass ich an meiner Vape ziehe. Dazu schaltet das Teil ständig auf rot, weil ich scheinbar länger als 5 Sekunden dran ziehe. Die beiden Pods halten bei weitem keine 2.000 Züge und ich rauche auf dem niedrigen Niveau. Sind somit auch völlig überteuert. Da gibt es wesentlich geschmackvollere für weitaus weniger Geld.

Die Nuviu App funktioniert auch nur bedingt. Der Nutzungstracker garnicht. Kann man sich also sparen. Und zu guter letzt: 20mg Nikotin sind in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr zeitgemäß!!! Weniger tut es auch. Wundert mich sowieso sehr, das so viel Nikotin drin ist, weil Vuse ja zu Reynolds American gehört und Rauchen in den USA mehr als verpönt ist.

Vuse customer services

I have been using Vuse products for 2 years and had an issue with the courier not providing a delivery date. The Vuse staff answered my E mails promptly and professionally. They also sent me two packs free to compensate for inconvenience

Vuse have always been great

Vuse have always been great, really speedy service. A few times I’ve had delivery issues they’ve always very helpful sorting everything out.

Great customer service

I ordered next day delivery and the delivery company kept saying it was delayed the a week later admitted they had lost it. I spoke to a few people at Vuse who were friendly and helpful and a replacement has been sent.

I have used Vuse for awhile now and never had any problems this was just down to the delivery company.

The customer service is outstanding

The customer service is outstanding. Most recent package was lost by the courier and I have been initially liaising over the phone with a lady whose name I unfortunately do not recall. After that I was communicating with Karen over email. Her responses were 100% customer focused, courteous and friendly. The support team was a pleasure to deal with and a replacement for my lost order is on its way. Brilliant.

The customer service is exceptional, going the extra mile when things go pearshaped. An order got lost with delivery company EVRI 😒, in the end order got replaced and shipped with DHL. Great support. Keep it up

Excellent Company to deal with

I have been using this company for a few years now.
The tobacco is much cheaper than in the shops.
You receive a free device every 6 months of continuous subscriptions.
When I had a problem with a delivery it was dealt with quickly. When my discount code did not work, this was also dealt with quickly. I have never had to wait for them to answer the phone. It is answered promptly and pleasantly. Telephone operators very helpful with any query.

I started to use this company to quit…

I started to use this company to quit vaping and after I quit I unsubscribed from there emails but they still constantly send me back to back email. They don’t want to help you quit they just want your money. So just remember if you do order from the your email will forever get spammed by them.

Kundenservice??

Kundenservice??? Falsch gedacht. Hatte mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt, da ich von dem 30tägigen Zufriedenheits-Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen wollte. Generierte E-Mails als Antwort ohne Bezug auf vorher geschilderte Umstände. Nicht gerade zufriedenstellend und keine Lösung !!!
