Great customer service
I have used this company for nearly a year now and have always had great service. I recently contacted them for a replacement magnetic charger and they sent me one the same day with a new pen. Fabulous customer service!

Very Hit & Miss!
I've used Vuse twice. The 1st time, everything went swimmingly. The 2nd order was not sent out on time (should have been same day dispatch) and I ordered it around 8am on a Wednesday. It went out the following day, meaning Evri (yeah, I know!) didn't receive it until Friday morning. It's finally reached the local depot on Saturday but they're not delivering which means I won't get my order until next week now.
They claim same day dispatch. They don't.
They claim 2 day standard delivery. They don't.
When I spoke to CS they did admit that it hadn't gone as quickly as it should have, but didn't admit liability in the fact that it wasn't dispatched on time like they promise.
The person who I spoke to has offered to send out a complimentary pod pack which is appreciated, but I'm still now having to purchase more later today as I won't get my order, nor the comp pods until next week.
And therein lies the problem... what is the point or use in using Vuse to order directly from their website? I haven't bothered with a subscription yet as I wanted to see how things went and this now confirms I've done the right thing. It's just not WORTH the hassle if something goes wrong.
I'm not ordering for the sake of ordering, nor am I hoarding thousands of packs like I've been shopping at Costco. I order when I know I'll need them. Sadly on this occasion, they've fallen flat and it's going to take the best part of a week to receive my order.
Vuse - you MUST do better. It was ordered around 8am. You had a full day to get my order out. When I ran stores as a store manager arranging deliveries, they were immediately worked on and not once was an order held for longer than 2 hrs.

Great customer service
I recently had an issue with a Vuse order that didn’t arrive because the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong address. I reached out to Vuse customer support, and I was genuinely impressed with how helpful and understanding they were. They quickly looked into the problem and offered to send me a replacement order with next-day delivery at no extra cost.
The whole situation was resolved smoothly and professionally, and their friendly support team really made a frustrating experience much better. Great customer service—thank you, Vuse! Definitely will order again.

Waste of time
Absolutely useless and non functional customer care. I have been with Vuse for 2 years now and faced issue with my card and when repeatedly I removed and added 3 different card details, it kept saying order failed. The solution give to me is cancel the subscription and restart, no option to cancel the subscription is available. Order number: 45000791366

Great customer service. The advisor listened carefully to my problem then went on to tell me how she would resolve it with a follow up email to confirm everything. Shortly after order confirmation was received and also the promised email. Excellent understanding of how to deal with the public other companies could learn a lot from Vuse!

Been using Vuse products for almost 5+ years now. Probably the best on the market from other nicotine replacements I have tried in the past! I’ve had a few issues with my few devices and have always had a great time being able to resolve the issues with the help of the Vuse customer service teams. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Nina M, who kindly helped me out today when one of my Vuse Pro devices wasn’t charging properly. She promptly helped me, asked what my issues were and offered some troubleshooting adevice and when that didn’t fix the issue she was able to send me a replacement free of charge. Will continue to be a loyal Vuse customer until I can finally kick the nicotine habit one day!

Shocking
Shocking. Every time I order and pay for next day delivery it takes a week then the tracking will change randomly from 'In Transit' to 'In the Warehouse' and they 'have to re-send'. Fraudsters. Do not use. Feels like a major scam to me.
Amazing Customer Servicce
My subscription came up a few packets short. I contacted them through the live chat, and within 15 minutes they had sent a new order with the missing packets. Jeta F. was extremely helpful!

I can only give 5 stars. I am happy to order with them. I done it couples of times now. I had a issue with the delivery company but Vuse UK solve it straight away, they replace my order in no time and also gave me a small present for the inconvenience.
I highly recommend it, definitely I will order from them from now on. They also have quality products designed for your taste. Thank you very much.

Great customer service.
I have a Vuse subscription (ex smoker now vaper), and it is significantly cheaper to buy direct than in store. I do have to comment on their customer service. I had my first ever issue with a pod becoming detached in the device making it unusable. I emailed customer service and got a reply the same day. After sending over pictures of the serial number of the device and the issue they replied the next day, agreeing to send a new device and a pack of pods for the inconvenience. Great to see in this day and age prompt responses and problems being sorted with no fuss or issues.
