Oprecht, wat een mislukking van een product.

Ik doe letterlijk alles wat de app en handleiding van mij vragen. Ik heb zelfs ChatGPT erbij gepakt om stap voor stap alle mogelijke oorzaken uit te sluiten. Apart 2,4 GHz-wifinetwerk aangemaakt, WPA2 ingesteld, lampen gereset, verschillende pairing-modi geprobeerd en alle stappen exact gevolgd.

En wat denkt u? NIKS.

Wat een waardeloos kutproduct. Het meest frustrerende is dat dit inmiddels de DERDE locatie is waar ik gezeik heb met WiZ-lampen. Eerst in mijn ouderlijk huis, daarna op kantoor en nu opnieuw in mijn eigen woning. Drie verschillende netwerken, drie verschillende situaties en iedere keer hetzelfde gezeik met de verbinding.

Normaal gesproken stoot een ezel zich niet drie keer aan dezelfde steen. Maar goed, ik ben dan ook geen ezel.

Voor mij was dit in ieder geval de laatste keer WiZ. Ik geef het op en stap over op Govee.

Ich kann vor dem Kauf in diesem Shop nur warnen, wenn man mal etwas zurückschicken muss. Meine Rücksendung kam nachweislich beim Händler an. Danach passierte zwei Wochen lang absolut gar nichts. Die gesetzliche Frist zur Rückerstattung wurde komplett ignoriert und auf Nachfragen beim Kundenservice wurde ich nur mit Standardphrasen vertröstet.

Erst als ich nach zwei Wochen Wartezeit PayPal zur Klärung eingeschaltet habe, wurde der Fall nun von PayPal zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und das Geld freigegeben. Ein Unternehmen dieser Größe sollte Retouren professionell abwickeln können, statt Kunden unbegründet hinzuhalten. Nie wieder

Excellent support from WiZ!

I bought two WiZ lightbulbs — one worked great, the other was unstable. I contacted support, they tested it with me using just my Home ID, and quickly sent me a replacement. The new bulb runs on firmware 1.38 and has been rock solid since.

Compared to Samsung's S and A model bulbs, or even premium options like Philips Hue, WiZ's support stood out as fast, competent, and genuinely helpful.

Pathetic service, and app! The lights are good but that’s because Phillips makes them! Wiz and their app are absolutely abysmal! Truly bad! App had bugs that dont get fixed, app does not fucntion correctly, forcing you to give third party logins like apple, FB and google why to steal my crap and info! Even when you do it soays something went wrong! Cant change my schedules lights not functioning properly! Just done 15 lights waste of money! If it’s working for you now just wait you will see! Screw this company every home builder and commercial client I know will know never to purchase this bag of utter bollocks

mijn dochter wil haar abonnement opzeggen, maar ze reageren nergens op en pakken de telefoon ook niet op, maar wel elke maand € 7 afschrijven, weet iemand hoe ik hier vanaf kom?

Will not connect to wifi, the support chat takes you for a ride and blames your wifi, despite every other device in the house working just fine. DO NOT BUY.

Total crap! Won’t pair!!!

I bought three Wiz smart bulbs several years ago. They were supported by Wiz v1 and worked pretty well. Recently I was forced to switch to Wiz v2 and now the bulbs won’t connect to the app. They used to go on and off on a schedule (outdoor light fixtures). Now they are just regular old light bulbs that I have to turn on and off with the switch. Don’t buy these bulbs - developers will make them obsolete long before their useful life.

They are fabulous when they work and are connected. However, they are constantly disconnecting. A nightmare. I will not be buying any more. Avoid these products. The support is poor, too.

Worst customer support and products. I have bought three of them and none of them work even though I have 5g internet.

Don't buy from this company.

My experience over 5 years has been so bad that Im about to replace almost 20 recessed light fixtures I installed so that I could benefit from this innovative technology. The app is indefensibly terrible, and probably the worst technology experience Ive had, which is saying a LOT.

This has got to be the worst smart bulb out there. The continue to lose connection to the pint the only way to turn them off is to use the switch.

Customer service appears to be automated so no help there I have spent hours trying to resolve issues.

Timer function strangely works and colours are good. You really need to look at the firmware.

Really disappointing won’t buy again.

Produktet stoppede med at virke grundet en teknisk indstilling, men må rose deres kundeservice for at hjælpe mig indtil vi fik det løst i over en time midt om aftenen. Ved ikke om han var i en anden tidszone men jeg var tilfreds med at han ikke gav op holdte en fin tone. Kan ikke huske præcis dato men det var for 1-3 uger siden.

Horrible. Constant disconnecting from the network for no reason when it's on the correct bandwidth. Had to continuously install it uninstall. Finally took all of them back, 12 bulbs in all, received a full refund and purchased brand that has not once given me issues.

Useless. Bought two for living room. One of these bulbs has been a constant nightmare. Even the 'good' one disconnects often. The bad one is frequently disconnecting, I don't get more than a day of it functioning before it decides it only wants to be a dumb bulb, of course in dumb mode it's megabright, like the Eye of Sauron.

I wish I'd seen some of these reviews before buying them. Absolute waste of money shit product.

Just bought like 3 lamps. With the remote. Neither the remote works nor the app works. Doesn't connect with the wall lamps.
Useless.
