Unable to connect and no helpline for support
I bought 5 of their smart bulbs and 3 plugs and I can't get any of them connected. I have tried everything by following their instructions, downloading the new app, trying manual pairing and even getting an expert in who couldn't work out how to do it either. Their on line support just takes you around in circles and there doesn't seem to be a telephone number for help or support either. As most of the other 1 star reports say, ( I can only find 1 star reports as everybody else seems to be having problems as well ) don't waste your money.

Support kører i ring..
Man skal bruge den gamle app (legacy) for at få pærer på wifi, den nye virker ikke med 2,4/5ghz net, mesh router og den slags. Support kører fuldstændigt i ring med de samme, generelle anbefalinger der ikke virker. Pære koblet på motion sensor falder randomly ud efter 12-24t og skal geninstalleres for at virke.

WiZ Smart Plug mister wifi når det er koldt.
Den skulle starte og slukke en elvarmepatron i bilen, der står i garage. Når det er koldt < 0 gr. C mistes forbindelsen. Har prøvet at forklare support problemet, men de bliver ved med at foreslå ny parring, video, IP adresse osv. gennem nu 5-6 mails uden at de tilsyneladende vil indrømme problemet.

Nightmare! Do not bother unless you enjoy going around in circles. It just doesnt work folks wi-fi ? bluetooth ? ...lap of the gods mate .Where's my hammer?

Have to give 1 star. Its 5more than they deserve.
After an update on my router the bulbs cannot be contacted. Their support is so incredible lousy. I wrote 2 times with 14 days between and they didnt react

Poor connection and outdated technology
My phone (samsung galaxy S22 ultra) could not detect the smart plug despitemultiple attempts and it does not work with 5ghz WiFi.
Their help page for manually setting up the smart plug links to a 404 error page.
Avoid.

Bought 6 bulbs which were very…
Bought 6 bulbs which were very expensive. They would not connect as detailed onto a 2.4ghz network and their support, which is only available on webchat is non-existent. Save your money and don't waste your time! Absolutely rubbish!!! I am not even happy leaving 1 star. They don't even deserve that!!!

Do not buy Wiz Smart Plug
Wiz claim that their SmartPlug can detect power consumption - it can't. There is a fluctuation of 1999 W between the unit and the daily consumption. If you contact their support there is absolutely no help to get. Do not buy it
