Hat 2 Monate funktioniert und dann hat sie nur noch geblinkt ich bin alle Bedienungsanleitungen und Tipps und Tricks durchgegangen um sie wieder normal leuchten zu lassen
Die App zeigt teilweise die Anweisungen nicht mal ganz an , der Text hört einfach auf
Die Zurücksetzung funktioniert auch nicht

This is one of the worst products and app integrations I have ever used. Maddening. If you have a system of multiple recessed lights, as I do, it will take HOURS to get setup. The stupidity of the app design, the poor implementation of features, the terrible user interface. This is hall of fame of bad product material.

Unable to connect the application. Tech support did not help.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner WiZ SuperSlim LED-Deckenleuchte, doch der Händler weigerte sich, mir zu helfen – mit rein bürokratischen Ausreden. Deshalb wandte ich mich direkt an den WiZ Support, und der Unterschied hätte nicht grösser sein können!

Das Support-Team war schnell, professionell und lösungsorientiert. Meine Anfrage wurde mit Flexibilität und Effizienz bearbeitet, und in kürzester Zeit wurde mir ein passender Ersatz angeboten und zugesendet. Der gesamte Prozess war unkompliziert, und ihr Engagement, eine Lösung zu finden, hat mich wirklich beeindruckt.

So sieht exzellenter Kundenservice aus! Vielen Dank, WiZ, für eure Unterstützung und dafür, dass ihr hinter euren Produkten steht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Wiz RGBIC-Stripes sollten logischer Weise den Segmenten nach einzeln gesteuert werden können. Auch MediaMarkt preist dies so an. Der Konkurrent Goove hat dasselbe System und bei dem klappts. Bei Wiz jedoch nicht. Absolut unverschämt. Einfach zu faul um die App ordentlich zu programmieren...

Absurdly over-complicated, even when it works and my light bulb will no longer connect. Rubbish.

Har spildt 5 timer på Kundesupport som kører i ring uden at løse problemet. Kan absolut ikke anbefale hverken produkter eller kundesupport.

Rubbish connection, real fuss to set up, I want the smart lighting features, colours cool whites and warm whites. But jeez! Save yourself time, either save the extra buck and go with Hue or save money and pick the kelvins you want

Fuldstændig ubrugelig app. Den tidligere app var ok. Kunne både styre sommerhus og hjem adresse. Kan ikke skifte mellem adresserne. Der er lykkedes mig ved en tilfældighed et par gange, men heller mellem rummene og supporten er håbløs og alt er kun på engelsk

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with connecting the lights and was back and forth with them! Eventually all sorted but constantly supported by the CS team I genuinely can’t fault them and the lights are gorgeous

Am 11.11.24 Ware bestellt, angeblich Lieferung unterwegs. Lieferdienst dagegen wartet immer noch auf die Ware. Kundendienst angeschrieben, sind nicht zuständig. Kundendienst angerufen, zwei mal, angeblich forscht man nach der Bestellung. Ware bis heute nicht erhalten, Geld aber bereits abgebucht. Danke für die zuverlässige Zustellung eines Weihnachtschenkes!

Værdiløst bras. Pærerne er billige, derfor en stjerne. Til gengæld virker de ikke og kundesupport er bare en robot der kører i ring uden nogen løsninger.

Ware bestellt und bezahlt, eine Woche später bekomme ich kommentarlos das Geld zurück überwiesen. Ware wurde erst gar nicht versandt.

Anruf bei der Hotline "ich mache für sie ein Ticket auf", eine Woche später: nichts.
Ich schreibe eine Email und bekomme eine 08/15 Antwort.

Unfassbar schlechter Service, 3 Wochen nach der Bestellung passiert nichts, anstatt einfach die Ware noch einmal zu verschicken.

Nachtrag vom 09.12.2024
Heute hat sich WiZ gemeldet, angeblich liegt es an der Zahlungsmethode und man bietet mir einen großzügigen Rabatt von 20% an, was heißen würde, dass ich statt € 77,78 jetzt € 100,00 bezahlen würde.

Deren Fehler und ich zahle deshalb drauf? Ne, ich kaufe jetzt Profukte von anderen Herstellern und lasse mein Kunden Konto dort löschen.

I don't recommend buying this product if you plan to connect it to your phone. I've tried using it with both an iPhone and an Android, but unfortunately, it didn't work with either. The company's app is also not very good. I tried reaching out for help multiple times, but they were unable to provide any support.

We bought a TV from Currys and were given 2 free Wiz smart plugs for free. They were also selling 2 for €20 so I bought an extra 2.

Now I know why thet are giving them away. They don't work! Unable to connect even though I have a strong wifi connection.

Looking at the trouble shooting guide I need to change my wifi settings to 2.4g and not use the 5g that is the default setting.

Sorry but I'm not going to mess about with my wifi settings to accommodate your product.

I'll be taking the 2 I paid for back for a refund and giving the 2 free ones away to the charity shop.

Can't create "free" account without a credit card.

Set Up war extrem aufwendig und Lampe hat mich nicht überzeugt. Gibt es bei Konkurrenten wesentlich billiger und ohne aufwendige 2,4 GHz W-Lan Verbindung.

Nice bulbs when they work. Bought smart bulbs 1 year ago that stopped within warranty. Contacted company via email who replied in a reasonable timeframe but then made me do endless testing of the bulbs, my router and insisted I try to connect with 2 different phones. Really frustrating and they won, I gave up and bought bulbs from a different company.
