I made a bit of a mistake when ordering online and gave the team a call. I spoke to Lizzie who was just so friendly and super helpful. Great experience and would certainly use them again.

There is no option to check availability before redeeming the voucher, the dates I needed were not available for the days I am in England & wonderDays are refusing to refund.

Lizzi and Nate have made my experience a 5 star+ experience. They have been friendly, professional, compassionate, empathetic, and really clear in their communication and it is a joy to behold, thank you so much both really appreciate it x

Blacksmithing in Chichester.

I have just spent a day at the Black Kettle Workshop with Dan. It was a brilliant experience, I enjoyed every moment. Dan is an Skillful blacksmith. I had no real experience of blacksmithing, but with Dans patient and knowledgeable turtoring I learned about an ancient craft and its history. It was a one to one teaching of the processes and I have to say I was pleased with what I was able to create in metal to take away with me, I surprised myself, but that was all down to Dans approach in teaching. I can not recommend this experience enough. It was great being in a working forge, it's a hands on metal day. I came away with a new poker for my fire.

Lizzie M has helped me massively today, to sort my vouchers out, im not very technical minded with things, so this has been a massive weight lifted off my shoulders, thank you so much Lizzie.

I brought a helicopter experience for my Dad's birthday and the voucher unfortunately arrived damaged from water, I contacted customer service explaining the situation and straight away they sent another one with delivery express and it arrived next day! They had put it in plastic wrapping so it didnt happen again and were very nice through all communication, particularly as it wasn't necessarily their fault it got wet! Very impressed and happy with both the voucher presentation and customer service and highly recommend!!

It all went so smooth,from booking the experience to booking the hotel,
The staff at war of the worlds seem to love there job,from the entrance, to bar staff and all actors involved in the story.

Lizzie M was brilliant when I had a problem with a voucher I had been given as a retirement gift. She managed to sort it out straight away and I got e-mail confirmation within minuets. Exceptional service!

We had a gift voucher for christmas that we could not use so contacted wonderdays to ask the value and could we change it. Lizzie replied promptly with information and we can now look at other options and if its more expensive then pay on line - Simple

I booked a supercar driving experience for my husband’s birthday, the voucher didn’t arrive , so I emailed Lizzie and she sent another out by express delivery.
Received day after , thank you again , there should be more people out there like you in this world. Xx

I ordered a car driving experience for my son but he was unable to go so I sent an email asking how to cancel it - I totally expected there to be loops and beurocracy to make my way thru but instead I got an email immediately telling me that according to their "no quibble within 30 days " policy, I was refunded straight away! Tbh I'm rather blown away and impressed! I wrote back that I would therefore be VERY LIKELY to order from then again bc of this FAB customer service! To which they wrote back the sweetest email ever! I mean, human interaction rocks! Real humans behind this company, folks! So appreciated in this automated generation!!!

WonderDays is a very good website to compile all the potential gifts in one place. It is well-detailed and comprehensive.
Also, Lizzie, the one who helped, was very responsive and gave me a lot of details. It was really helpful!

I haven't been on the experience, it's a gift for my son's birthday next week. However, it was so easy to book and a great price. When I had a query, Lizzie M in customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly. I wish all customer service departments had a Lizzie M!! 😁

I made a mistake when buying my vouchers by choosing the wrong thing, once I realised I email the company at midnight and explained my error. By the time I woke up in the morning I the problem was sorted by Lizzie
No hassle at all and I was in a panic followed by real relief

I bought a Theatre and London experience for my husband for a 60th birthday surprise (I have yet to give him it). However, being a bit of a dinosaur I wasn't sure how to proceed now the e-ticket has arrived or even if WonderDays were reputable. Little panic but after reading reviews was reassured. I contacted them via Messenger and received perfectly concise and easy to follow instructions on how to proceed once hubby decides to use the ticket from Lizzie. Great customer service response in less than 20mins! Thank you so much Lizzie!! You have no idea how much that was appreciated!!! I look forward to reviewing the actual experience when we use it.
