Very happy with the service and staff all friendly and made my wheels look brand new! Will defo recommend

Booked in for refurbishment. Cost me £670 and 9days for the first two wheels and 7days for the last two( so no car). First two needed repairs and apparently already cracked ( awaiting on report as the crack was too big to hold the air). All 4 wheels were far away from repaired, with scratches, paint off, lumps, silver paint when they needed to be black,plus they damaged one of the tyre. Them answer on collection day was that I have warranty and I can use it. And the tyre wasn’t damaged by them despite the proof of the tyre before dropping off.
They won’t admit to nothing because they know the court is too expensive but surprise! I will keep you updated on social media after a few months

I had my wheels refurbished and while the customer service itself was friendly and professional, the overall experience left me quite disappointed.

The quoted price started at £340, which I felt was a fair price, but the add-ons quickly stacked up. I was told I’d either have to remove my own rims or pay extra to either leave my car or use loan wheels which felt unfair given the nature of the service. Then, during inspection, I was told there would be an extra £70 per wheel for buckle repairs, which applied to all four wheels. This added another £280 to the cost, and it felt like this was something they already anticipated but only revealed once the car was in their hands.

By the end, what should have been a straightforward wheel refurb ended up feeling like a process of being farmed for add-on fees. While the team were polite throughout, the pricing structure left me feeling upset and that the service simply wasn’t worth the money. The rims themselves came out very nice and do look new but for the end price I could’ve bought brand new rims for cheaper!

4 alloys, 12 years wear and tear. Alloy Fix showed me the repair needs and all work and pricing was agreed before commencing. The service and finish is very good and I would be happy to use them again in the future.

Second time I’ve used Alloy Fix Ltd at Romford, this time a refurb of four wheels that required welding as well as straightening!! Same 💯 result. Professional repairs with a guarantee, whats not to like.

Just had my Tesla Model Y alloys fixed at Alloy Fix, Hemel Hempstead: the wheels look as good as new, completed on time, and for a sensible price. I would definitely recommend!

AUDI TT...Very professional... friendly and helpful guys at Alloy Fix at Romford. I had 4 diamond cut in black... on my Audi TT, the wheels looked amazing!! The guys were very professional,...I would use this company anytime!...I was told to go back after a few days to re-torque my wheels as well!... To start off, I'm no car fanatic, just someone who wanted their standard wheels looking good. Came across Alloy Fix online and made a booking.
When I got there, Jason gave me a warm welcome. I told him I wanted my alloys brought back to life, and that I'd probably hit every pothole in London, which explained the constant vibrations i could feel. His response? "Leave it with us, we'll sort it."
They hooked me up with some loan wheels and I was on my way. A couple of days later, they called to confirm my suspicions: all four wheels were buckled. They gave me the facts, no hard selling and that it was my decision to go with the repairs which of course I did.
Got the call yesterday saying my wheels were ready, so I popped in to pick them up. Jason welcomed me again, and watching the team, you could tell they really love what they do. When they rolled out my wheels, seriously, they looked brand new! They were absolutely amazing! Faizal was great, sharing his experience and giving me some good maintenance tips.
On the drive home, I could actually feel the difference – no more vibrations! What started as just wanting my alloys to look nice has changed my driving experience.
Huge thanks to the whole team involved at Alloy Fix, I'm genuinely thrilled and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I took my wheels there to get refurbished two alloys. They said my alloy gators were rubbish so after repairing my wheels to change to there’s. They put on some school technology gators propper bottom of the barrel. Then I started noticing anywhere the gators has touched the kerb the paint behind had come off. I contacted H twice and he never got back to me. These lot are a joke man. There are soo many better companies out there. All say whatever at the time to get the payment out of you but don’t live up to there chat.

Had my four wheels refurbished, they all looked shocking and were badly damaged and curbed. Had another set of wheels fitted by Alloy Fix while mine were being refurbished, which made things easy and could continue to drive my car. Was going to have done in silver, but was advised the wheels would suit the car better done in black. Now that they are finished I have to agree. Wow they look amazing and look brand new. Very happy I went with Jason's advise on colour change.
The team at alloy fix were professional, helpful, polite and friendly.
Would for sure go to them in the future and would confidently recommend them to friends. Thank you Alloy Fix.

took 4 alloy rims that i had been saving and thought i would take them to alloy fix ltd ... great turn around but one of the alloys wasnt finished as good as the other 3 so they said bring it back as you have a 3 year garentee ,took it back this morning and they said it would be ready tomorrow .great set of guys nothing is to much trouble . defo take my wheels there again.if i could they would get 10 stars

Very professional, friendly and helpful guys at Alloy Fix Dartford. I had 4 diamond cut alloy wheels repaired on my Vauxhall Astra GTC, the wheels looked amazing afterwards. The guys were very welcoming and made sure to remind me about coming back after a few days to re-torque my wheels for safety and peace of mind, which is very good. I'd definitely recommend them!

Outstanding service from Alloy Fix Dartford who refurbished my Nissan Micra wheels . I now feel so much more confident to drive knowing my car is now safe and roadworthy. My tyres fit properly again without dangerous corrosion and tyre pressure leaks. (See the video posted by the company featuring my badly corroded wheels!) Fantastic job and a great company.

I would like to thank alloy fix for being so quick and helpful repairing my wheel of my Ford st puma. I took it to them Wednesday afternoon and they repaired it and I got it back the next day. I can’t recommend them enough.
