Customer service doesn't exist at Alloy Fix. I was told to leave an alloy with the shop on Tuesday, 25th April so it will be ready by Friday, 28th. Went to the shop they took out the damaged wheel and put it in the spare wheel. Call them on Thursday for updates, they replied that it will be ready by Friday. Call them on Friday, they replied that it will be ready by Saturday. Call them on Saturday, they replied it will be ready by the following Monday. I was getting constant delays until I lost my patience and tried to complain about the delay as it was a long weekend and I had plans to visit family but could visit them due to the delay of alloy. I'm talking about single alloy repair.

After back and forth, they agreed that alloy will be ready on Saturday. I received a call from them to collect it. I went there at 1 pm on Saturday and have to wait an hour to replace the spare wheel with fixed alloy 😠 Why give an appointment when you can't keep up with the time?

Finally, I have a repaired alloy on the car but was getting low tyre pressure warning on the dash. I thought it was due to the spare wheel being swapped with fixed alloy but I was wrong they didn't tighten the tyre valve stem properly and the air was leaking. To fix the issue I have to visit the tyre shop but it was a bank holiday and the tyre shop was closed. So have to wait until Tuesday to get the tyre valve stem fixed.

They have been refurbishing alloys for a long time but they didn't check the tyre valve stem. I wouldn't recommend them and if you're reading this review then learn from my mistakes and look somewhere else.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with my situation, which was really appreciated. My wheels turned out absolutely brilliant and my car is driving even better than before.

Cracked a rim and had an awful drive after constant use of the M11. They lent me some alloys for my car after an urgent plea for help on the Friday. following Friday wheels were ready and the drive is so much better and smoother. Paid extra for the rim protectors which fingers crossed will protect the wheels. Also got the new centre badges and the little M badges on the wheels. I have used them in the past and would not hesitate using them again.

Booked my wheels in after seeing these guys on YouTube. Bought the wheels and tyres online and had delivered to alloy fix as I was working abroad. Customer service was brilliant and the wheels look amazing now I have them!! Would recommend 100%!!!!

Great customer service and price was fair.

Took my scratched and chipped 11 year old BMW alloys in for refurbishment and the guys did a fantastic job, they look brand new! They rented me a set of wheel and tyres whilst mine were being refurbished so I still had use of my car. After sand blasting my wheels, they discovered some dents which needed to be straightened out which increased the price slightly. I paid for new hub caps and M stickers on the wheels, and they kindly repaired a puncture on my rear tyre for free. The refurbishment took exactly 1 week. I'm really pleased with results and impressed with quality of service.

I popped into alloy fix in Romford after scuffing my alloy on my car after only having it a week! The team down there sorted me out and had me back like nothing ever happened within 4days, would defo recommend them and I’ll surely be back if I ever have these issues again in the future!

I changed cars and was worried about the wheels chipping. I had a chat with the team at Alloyfix and they put my mind at ease that i should come back and they'll see what can be done. So I went back to Alloyfix to get my wheels protected with their rim protector. Again I was met with nothing less than a fantastic experience! Fisal and his team are in a class of their own when it comes to customer satisfaction. They ensured my needs were met, infact exceeded! Thank you Fisal and team for the efficient and excellent service I received on Saturday I say that I've never had this level of customer service/ experience before. I'll be back again and most definitely recommend you to my family and friends when it comes to all things wheels

I had my Audi 21" alloy wheels refurbished in Dec 2020 by Alloy Fix in Romford (amazing service!) In order to protect my alloys from kerbing I inquired about rim protectors and the gents in Alloy Fix said they'd researched the market and had tried vaious products on their own wheels (testing by scraping the rim protectors on kerbs to determine how well they protected the rim) and from their experience they went with a company called Wheeluv and highly recommended them - I duly bought them for all alloys in silver for approx £150.

Now in July 2022 the heatwave struck and walking to my car I saw the rim protectors on both the front of the car had come loose and had part detached from alloy wheel. I called Alloy Fix and they told me to get some 3m double sided tape and try to refix, however they weren't sure which size I needed. I called Wheeluv, left my details not expecting much and was called the next day by an amazing gentleman named Chris who inquired about what had happened and stated that they had a new formulation of tape which is regularuly used in Dubai and should stand up to British weather. He then asked about my location and found the nearest Wheeluv installer and arranged for the rim protectors to be replace FREE OF CHARGE!

I called Wheelco in Croydon and Chris had arranged to cover the cost of supply and fitting of new rim protectors.

Wheelco were a delight to deal with and Shams gave me a choice of fitting dates - I took the one where I was WFH and went to their fitting bay and within 2 hours the gents had removed the old rim protectors, cleaned the alloys and fitted the new protecters - honestly can't fault any of the companies I've mentioned - all decent hard working businesses who should be supported to continue to offer exceptional aftercare service - the type I thought didn't exist anymore.

If you're in North London - Alloy Fix for refurbs/rim protectors, if in South London Wheelco for rim protectors by Wheeluv - they is simply no other place I'd go to now I've found the best!
