Good quality finish with a three year guarantee. If you need rim protection, tyre pressure monitors, emblems etc.; they also stock those. They even do brake caliper coatings at their other branch. A one stop shop with a three day turnaround. Better than others I’ve used in the past and only slightly more expensive. However, I subsequently discovered that they had fitted one front tyre and/or wheel on the rear and vice versa Easy mistake but inconvenient. It noticeably affects the driving experience as well. I’ve now got to pay another ULEZ charge to get it sorted….

From start to finish Alloyfix are brilliant, the guys down there are extremely skilled, knowledgeable and very helpful, the lone wheels are such a great resource to help keep you mobile and the final product is second to none, the wheels look amazing and they are getting some great attention and compliments, can’t thank you guys enough,I work at a Jaguar and Landrover main dealer and I will be sending any JLR customers that require wheel repair or refurbs to these guys. I will be using them again for my other vehicles. So pleased with the colour choice I can see so many colours depending on the light and angle the pictures just don’t do them justice but still look so good

One wheel was painted and nobody had inspected it for quality: too many paint runs, paints surface like orange pill. After painting, missing centric spigot rings. I had complained about these issues, and they responded that it was my issue not theirs. Before paying for this product, do a high quality inspection. This company tries to inform you that the wheels are bent, this is not the case, they will try to charge you extra for this. Be careful.

Very reasonable in price. and the finished wheel's look fantastic definitely having our other cars wheels done.

I received a quotation of £380 to refurbish 4 diamond cut alloy wheels. The quotation did not mention any other repair costs. After dropping off the car, they did not inform me about additional repair costs. After 3 days, I received a call asking me to pay £310 to repair buckles on 4 wheels. I quickly checked the buckle repair cost from another alloy repair company, and they only charge £30 per wheel, even offering the first wheel for free. I informed them of this, but they insisted that it was their price and told me to either take the car back and still pay the £380 or pay the additional cost to repair the buckles. As I urgently needed the car, I agreed to pay them an extra £250 for the buckles.

On the day of collection, I checked the quality of the repair, and it was not up to standard. The diamond cut had damaged the paint at the edges (see photos). They told me that this was the best they could do and that even if they redid it, they could not improve it. I asked if they had photos or videos of the buckles, but they did not. In total, I paid £630 for 4 substandard repaired wheels. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

A very professional company, friendly and helpful. They refurbished two of my diamond cut alloy wheels for me and provided a professional quote that was accepted by my warranty company (other companies were not able to do this). They provided replacement wheels for me to use while mine were being fixed which was great. When I went back to get the wheels back, they looked like they were brand new. They also re-torque your wheels a few days later for their peace of mind which I thought was good. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

I had a set of new tyres to replace the previous ones and they fit them and balanced them at no extra cost.

I've had the unfortunate need to visit the guys at Alloy fix twice in the last 6 weeks due to damaging my 2 passenger side wheels. My wheels are an unusual colour and at first the guys weren't able to match the colour, however they never charged me for their work and asked me to return so they could do them again. The second time they did the wheels the colour was perfect and the quality of work was extremely good. I unfortunately damaged the wheels a second time and took them back to Alloy Fix Romford, this time they made an excellent job the first time as they knew how to match the colour. I can't recommend them enough, they are very polite and friendly and they take pride in their work.

I recently had my corroded wheels refurbed by Alloy Fix and I must say that they are amazing at what they do. I was unsure how the powdercoating colour was going to come out for my car but they came out absolutely stunning. The team was very professional and courteous throughout the process. JUST COLLECTED MY WIFE CAR HAD 4 WHEELS REFURBISHED DONE A REALLY GREAT JOB. TOOK CAR INTO ROMFORD YESTERDAY AT 11.00 AM FAISAL WAS VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL EVEN TOOK A WHEEL THE COLOUR MY WIFE WANTED OUT TO HER CAR TO SHOW HER WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE .LEFT CAR THERE PHONE CALL THIS MORNING NEXT DAY TO SAY CAR WOULD BE READY TO COLLECT IN 2 HOURS AT 10.30 AM . Dropped of Wheels in dartford for fix buckled Wheels price 70£ per wheel okay phone call same day we have found small crack from back side wasn't visible until they took tyre of, ok agreed to fix it crack more 70£,2 days later I'm calling how you getting on? O yes we fixed only 1 thing we have damaged front paint from welding and heating so now to repair paint it would cost me 120£ extra 🙄 this when i thought I'm getting robbed, i said if you have told me from beginning it's going to cost me all repair 260£ i wouldn't start this! But they didn't! Other wheel i had purchased on ebay for 147£ So if you want to be robbed go to alloy fix 👍

Ruthless service ,they hold my alloys for 4 weeks and they still didn't fix them properly, I went back to the shop to tell them I still got the same problem, there response was you need to pay again ,doggy doggy people and very unprofessional.
