Received the laser fast for my area
Received the laser fast for my area. After assembly it seems to be a decent quality machine. however the laser module was not performing as described and advertised at all. Contacted customer service and they got back to me overnight (major time difference between us). They requested photos of items I was trying to make and software setup and parameters. I sent this via email. That was the last contact from them. I have messaged them a few time with no reply's since then.
Update 10-20-23. Atezer has decided to send me a new Focus lens. this was on the 10th. as of the 20th I still do not have the new part. I hope to get it soon, but I do not expect it anytime soon. I have tried to get Clarification of which lens is the focus lens, of the two that are on my laser. The lens that is easy to get to and replace looks good still. The Lens that appears to be more permanent up in the module slightly, is clearly damaged. I am hoping that is the "focus lens" they are sending. I added a star because they do seem to be trying to help. I will update again after part arrives and i see if it is fixed or not.

Broken laser, long resolution
Ordered an L2 36W laser which was delivered promptly. Assembly was quick, fit and finish is nice, but the laser head wouldn't move as expected in every direction - basic home function failed with no obstructions and it moves freely by hand. Sent a video of the problem and a detailed list of troubleshooting steps completed to tech support. It took a while to get tech support to agree that the unit was defective but wouldn't provide an RMA despite being within their return policy window. It took a long time, but they made it right.

We immediately contacted you to inquire if you are willing to accept us replacing the motherboard accessories for you. This will solve the problem. But you expressed concern about the delivery time of the accessories, and we have also promised to send them out to you in a timely manner, and are willing to compensate you for the logistics delay. But you did not agree to the solution. You have subsequently stated that you need to return the product, and we agree that you can return it, and we are willing to refund the payment to you after you return the product. As you did not return it, we did not issue a refund at that time.
At present, your payment has been deducted from our account. Regarding the inconvenience caused to you during the problem-solving process and the issue of the product being unusable. Had an issue with trying to find a new…
Had an issue with trying to find a new lens for my Atezr p10 and contacted the main office, I didn't yet need a lens for the laser but wanted to make sure I had a backup just in case as they are the most common thing that needed replacement, They contacted me back and offered me a free replacement lens and shipped it out and I received it in the mail a week later, was very happy with the response and speed.

Best experience
I consider atezr cnc lasers to be of high quality. The aluminium frame construction is very rigid, which allows high feed rates without vibration and scraping of the structure. My p20 also has a high quality laser head with which I have made many creative products over the last six months. My next choice would be the Atezr again, this time with 35W of power.

ATEZR P35
I bought a P35 lazer engraving machine with accessories a month ago. Everything went fine. The machine was easy to assemble, the manuals are easy to understand - and my first engraving and cutting results on paper, cardboard, wood and metal are great. I had not expected such precision. So I am perfectly happy with the P35 and I'd buy it again anytime.

Atezr P20 Plus is a powerful machine & good for beginnner too.
I found the P20 Plus on the big online place so I decided to look at Atezr's website first. They had a better price and faster shipping and helpful information for download, etc. so that was a great first impression. They shipped immediately with communication too. I did contact customer service about something and they helped me and were quick to reply each time too. The P20 is very well packaged and the parts are great fit and finish. It worked perfectly with the first test. I did like that somebody on a forum had a nicer interface for the hand control if you want to "mod" it. The accessories available for Atezr appear to be top quality as well. Overall it seems like I made the right choice between it and the other 5 or 6 top machines!

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. Getting help with issues is email per day. No available parts, only able to buy full laser. Never again will i buy their crap.
Update: they lied about sending a new one on this review. I have the email as proof. They already sent me 1 replacement and it has never worked correctly so now they are trying to back pedal. They made it so I cannot add more photos to my review. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! I AM GETTING AHOLD OF BBB.
Update 6/9/23 Atezr is currently trying to remove my review without solving my problem. I have proof in emails that they have promised a replacement laser but haven't gone through with it. Breach of 12 month guarantee
Update 6-11-23 I had to buy another laser from ortur today as I have mounting orders and still no reply of a tracking # for replacement laser from Atezr.
Update 6-12-23 still no tracking #. Hmmm Better Business Bureau website is down today...I guess it will be first thing in the morning to file a complaint and a review how I had to buy another $1000 laser to do any business because Atezr has not kept up to their part of a 12 month guarantee. Now 2 weeks without a working laser from them!! If they would give the money back, I would happily ship them their laser back so I could buy another ortur LM3 that has more power and is faster.
6-16 still no laser. They offered me a materials pkg worth less than $75 to make up for them leaving me without a working laser for almost 2 weeks now costing me well over $1000 from my business....again still no laser.
Update 6-19-2023 still no laser...refusing to be compensated for all my time in business without a working laser with the 12 month guarantee. They offered me a $70 material pkg of things to engrave while I am out over a $1000 between missed business and having to purchase another laser that works that arrived within 5 days of ordering. Wish I had found the Ortur 1st. I asked Atezr for the extension rails and rotary for compensation for their lack of upholding their guarantee and they have refused....again still no laser from them.

Update 6-26-2023 still NO laser
Finally received my laser 6-28-2023.... 24 days after the laser would not even mark wood. I had to buy another laser to continue my business. Never will I buy another Atezr. I would lose too much business and money.

Ease of use, solid construction and plenty of power. Just a beast of a machine.
I purchased my P20 Pro when it first came out and recently received their 5W laser.
Having used the 20W with the extension to make numerous projects and gifts I was eager to see what the 5W machine would do. Let me say I was not disappointed. Powerful enough engrave and cut light wood, cardboard and even etch slate. I am VERY impressed by the output. The setup was easy as I had already done it with the P20 Plus.
If I had one con it is the small print as my eyes aren't what they used to be.
Now if Atezr would like me to provide another honest review they could send me one of their new L2 models or their 35W. :-)

Purchase V35 performance
Purchase V35 claiming to have multiple lasers in one for additional power, I have purchased about 5 other laser brands, this laser easily leaves the others behind with power, sturdy table, instructions and focus mechanism. Looking forward to purchase Generation 2 Atezr again looks like another step up

ATEZR has lied to me since may. I won an engraver in May for mothers day contest, and they refuse to send me my prize. They won't answer my emails, nor send me what I won. Customer service is a joke. Why lie to your customers. Would never buy from them again

Best power laser
After a deep searching I decided to go for V35 plus, a great upgrade on my old 5w engraver. It looks well made, strong and precise, with high cutting and engraving power. Just finished assembling and made some easy tests. Really love it. Beside that I can say the customer service is snappy and very close to you, with responsive and exhaustive answers. everything seems to run smooth and pleasent. Thanks a lot to Mona.

I did some research and finally decided…
I did some research and finally decided on the p20. It showed up and I am very happy with my purchase. It seems really well built, a little larger than most (430mm x 430mm working area). When I had questions, the customer service was responsive and helpful. I have now also purchased the new rotary (that I haven't used yet), the enclosure and the honeycomb base. Great new hobby!
