It really is a diode laser with spectacular power and precision, the mechanical assembly is perfect and very easy to assemble, and the customer service is very professional and resolute, they have solved my problems quickly since I am in Barcelona, they have been very efficient. Really a good laser at a good price
Laser came packed very well. Assembly was super easy. They gave me a free license for lightburn, Awesome! And customer service hooked me up when their supplier was behind on honeycomb tables. They are sending me 2, yes that's 2 that are just a little bit different size. How cool is that?

Versatile & efficient laser engraver
I bought the ATEZR P20 Plus last november and I am fully satisfied with it. The power allows to cut through different materials of different thicknesses (4 tested so far) with full accuracy, while the speed endows a fast but detailled engraving.

The machine is very well-built excellent customer service
The machine is very well-built and the company has excellent customer service! I am new to the world of laser engraving and started out with their P20 Plus machine. The price point and the accessories included are great value for your money! No extra fees for an air assist. Set up was easy and it just worked out of the box.
I am looking forward to using the rotary accessory and the extension kit for making larger projects and some custom tumblers. So far all of my questions to customer service have been answered within 24 hours and it almost feels like I have personalized support. I am already looking at the new V35 Plus. I am hoping they sell the 35W laser separately!

Very impressed with my Atezr P20 Plus...
I am very impressed with my Atezr P20 Plus laser. The performance is very impressive. In my tests it meets or exceeds the performance of the $10,000+ Epilog Fusion M2 40w CO2 lasers we have at the school I teach at (aside from etching glass without a coating, but that wasn't expected because diode vs CO2).
Also, Atezr's customer service has been very responsive and proactive about keeping me updated about the shipping status of the accessories I ordered with my laser. They were both on backorder at the time of my initial order and Atezr customer service reps have kept me updated every step of the way.

I love the products!!!
I love the products. They are built strong and durable. I have the V35, Extension Kit, Air Assist and ordered the KR Pro Rotary. Everything works great and if I got any questions or concerns, they respond within 24-48hrs of me emailing them.

Quality Build
I am very impressed with the quality of build, a very robust machine which should equate into many hours of service. One small hiccup when the machine fired up, but with one software modification it was clear sailing from that point on. The service team was quick to respond and guide me through the adjustment. Looking forward to future product offerings!

New P20
I just purchased a P20 with the extension kit. I had a few concerns about the x axis and Mona @ Atzer was very helpful and resolved the problem very quickly. I can’t say enough about the company and quality of their products. A+++

Great machine, top customer service!
I used the machine for the last two months. So far my experience with it is great. I worked with plywood, slate and leather.
The quality of the machine is realy top notch. It is built very sturdy. The aluminium frame gives it a high amount of rigidity and on top it looks and feels awesome.
It was packaged very nicely and the assembly was quick and easy. (Approx. 20 minutes)
Also the 20W Laser module is very powerful and so far I could not find anything it couldn't cut or engrave.
I would recommend building or buying an enclosure and smoke extraction, because the amount of smoke created when cutting wood.
The customer service is great, and is always replying very fast.
(The only little critique I have is the placement of the control box and ports. I would rather have them on the side of the machine than the top. But thats just a minor thing.)
