For the first 1-2 weeks it worked…
For the first 1-2 weeks it worked great. I charged it every couple days and my eyes were improving. But then it stopped holding a charge and stopped creating steam. I barely for 3 weeks of use out of to. I wish it worked. I think the treatment is very helpful. But it's not cheap and I'm not sure I'll be able to afford looking for a more reliable brand.

Working somewhat. Instructions should be clarified.
The steam seems to help some but after 21 days I don't think things are going as quickly as I thought it would. My eyes are less dry but I still have watery eyes just less so I will continue using the steam mask to see if it will just be a longer time for me. I should note that I have had dry eyes for a few years now so that could be part of the issue.
The mask seems to work fine but the tank seems to leak what's left of the liquid out the bottom wasting the solution.
The other thing is that the instructions are contradictory as to what type of water to use in the tank if you just use water. One instruction says plain water with mineral the other says distilled. So that should be cleared up. Also there doesn't seem to be any instructions for the metal ball use on the eye. One instruction says to blink/squeeze hard 20 times so perhaps a bit more detail with things laid out clearly what you need to do once you have finished the steam.

Mixed results
The company is doing well, there is plenty of follow-up, advice, opportunity for feedback. After the order was placed, there was no forecast given on when to expect delivery. It did take awhile and occurred when I was away, so I've not had 21 days with it yet. Not certain of the effectiveness of the device. It does not conform to my face. Thicker padding or a flexible skirt like in a scuba mask would be better. As it is, there are significant gaps around my eyes, it is uncomfortable against my nose, leaving deep red creases. I've used it daily and felt some improvement at first, but seems to have plateaued.

It is a good concept but I got a lemon
It is a good concept but I got a lemon. It will not hold a charge for very long and didn’t come with any instructions as to how to clean it or maintain it or troubleshoot it. It plugs easily. When it does work and only for a couple of days, sometimes steam only comes out of one side and not the other. There is no way to tell which mode you are in when pressing buttons. It needs a lot of work. I have complained to the company and they said they would send me a replacement but it hasn’t shipped yet and it has been over a week since I was told I would receive a new one. I will do another review when and if I receive a replacement,

There were conflicting instructions initially, to which response was very prompt, so big plus for customer service.

I have been using the Beminda for 21 days.
I have been using the Beminda for awhile and have definitely noticed a big difference in my eyes. I don't wake up with them goopy anymore and they just feel better. I really believe in this product and am glad I purchased it.

The device was not suitable for me, but customer service was very kind and understanding. They listened to my issues and were supportive, offering me two very good options for resolution. Very pleased with the service.

Amazing Customer Service!
I purchased this device hoping it would relieve my chronic dry eye. Upon first trying it, there didn’t seem to be any warmth reach my eyes. I figured out the mask was too wide for my face. So I tried tilting the mask to one side and immediately felt the warm mist. It was very soothing, and I suspect it will be very helpful. But tilting the mask to one side and then the other, is not very convenient.
So I wrote them to provide feedback and suggested a redesign that would allow the mask to work for people regardless of their face shape.
They wrote me back, and it turns out they were already working on a new design that could accommodate different face shapes. They offered to send me one free of charge! That is some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever received! I can’t wait to try the new version! I think it’s really going to go a long way to relieving my chronic dry eye.

I’m not happy with fit of the mask. Progress is slow at Day 21
I’m not happy with fit of the mask, so comfort isn’t there. I’m disappointed that I don’t feel I have made the progress I want, despite daily use. Customer Service has been very responsive and helpful in resolving my issues via email.

I like the mask..
I truly like the product! It works well and I have some improvement with my dry eyes. The only complaint I have, is the doft rubber part around the mask that fits on your face, when the steam gets it wet, it irritates my skin under my eyes! They get red and swollen! I have to try and put a tissue between my skin and the mask so it doesn't cause the redness and irritation but in return it doesn't seem to fit as needed by doing this but I haven't come up with any other options! Please feel free to advise on my situation! I started using the mask on May 12th, 2026 up until this review, June 2nd, 2026! Still using just stating how long I've been using it!

Highly recommend, it does work!!!
I was doubtful this would work. The mask is to big for my face. I am very narrow around the temple area. But with that said, I have received relief with this product! I have used it everyday around the same time each day. I went from using Rx eye drops four or more times a day to now twice a day! the steam function is amazing. I love the higher temp setting as it seems to do more for my eyes. I contacted the company about the mask being to big and they are sending the newer version. Hopefully this will fit better. Either way, I highly recommend this product for dry eyes! It works. It is worth the money! And customer service is exceptional!

Perhaps is too early
Perhaps is too early, but as of now, I don’t see a major difference! My eyes feel better right after using it, but in the morning, I still have sand and grid in my eyes. Will give it more time.
