Excellent personal service
I have previously booked a cruise with Jennifer Stevenson and was pleased with excellent service then. So decided would book another cruise. Within a very short time she finalised my booking with pre and post hotels flights and transfers with a friendly and professonal manner. Can definitely recommend her.

Is the 3rd time we have used Cruise118 and on this occasion we had to contact their customer service desk from Canada, 8 hours behind the UK, to sort out postponing out flight home due to illness. I didn’t see the 24 hour emergency phone number and they don’t have an email service, so this meant staying up till 1am or getting up early in order to speak to someone or use their online chat. It then took an hour of arguing with the service agent to get them to accept responsibility for dealing with this. I was not impressed - hence the low score (tempered by my failure to see the phone no)

We would, however, like to clarify that we do have a dedicated 24/7 emergency assistance service for customers who are travelling within 24 hours of departure or who are already on holiday. This emergency contact number is detailed within our ticket documentation and has been established to provide swift assistance in critical situations, including medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and significant delays that could impact travel plans.
We would also like to highlight that our team worked diligently on your behalf to communicate with the airline and explore the available options to help resolve the situation. Whilst we appreciate that these discussions can sometimes take time and are subject to airline policies and procedures, we did our utmost to assist and support you throughout the process.
We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations and that you were dissatisfied with the level of service received. Your feedback is important to us, and we will take your comments on board as we continually review our customer services.

Another great experience with Cruise 118
I have used Cruise 118 successfully for previous bookings, and once again they have been great. Our cruise consultant Mona was fantastic, she negotiated a good discount and was super responsive to messages and calls. She was very patient with my many queries and follow ups.
I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of booking a cruise.

Excellent in unusual circumstances!
I have booked through Cruise 118 for the last few years and have always had good experiences.
This year, we were caught in the Typhoon in China with our cruise being delayed by 3 days. Unfortunately, our phones and emails were not accessible in the usual way and despite frequent attempts to contact us, even contacting the hotel reception (where there was very little English spoken), we were oblivious. Shelley Cusack eventually contacted us by whatsapping all of the numbers Cruise118 had on file (genius!). She very quickly and efficiently brought us up to date, arranged hotel stays, changed transfers and generally just calmed a very stressed individual! Due to the time difference she worked late in order to ensure we had reference and booking numbers for our extended stay and made sure we were aware of all of our options.
She continued to stay in contact, reassuring us that everything was on track once we eventually boarded the ship. We know that there were many others in the same position, and they did not receive the same support from their travel companies.
Thank you Shelley and Cruise 118 for your excellent service - I will be telling everyone to book their cruise holidays with you!

Seamless booking
Booking a cruise with Cruise 118 was seamless. Did this over the phone very pleasant young lady sorted all for me. Had to contact them 9 days before our cruise as we hadn’t received our e tickets & luggage labels. I have used Cruise 118 to book all my recent cruises and have always found them to be very competitive with prices, the staff I have dealt with have all been exceptional and very knowledgeable!
A special mention to Jennifer who has just organised my recent cruise booking which included flights from the UK to and hotel stays in Los Angeles and Las Vegas!
